Regretfull of my purchase
this is by far the worst range i've ever owned. within the first year the thermocouple for one of the oven burners stopped working. i live in a remote area and samsung would not send anybody to fix it so i ended up doing it myself. year 2, all 5 of the plastic knobs broke and the black stainless finish starting peeling off various parts of the oven. samsung customer service was not at all helpful, and told me i had to spend $113/knob on samsungparts.com as i was out of warranty. that would add up to the cost of the stove! bottom line is this is a very cheaply made and over priced product. what makes it worse is samsungs unwillingness to assist and admit their shortcomings and poor quality. do not buy!

Great oven at an amazing price! Upgraded from an older model stove/oven. This oven heats up extremely fast, the size of the burners are great! I love this stove and have already recommended a few friends to purchase this exact one!

Love it but orifice instructions
love my new stove! only feedback: oven orifices instructions are weak. i struggled trying to figure out what i needed to do with the bake and broil orifices. otherwise, its perfect.

Knobs are trash
i purchased this stove in 2018 and i actually generally like it. however, after having owned it for almost three years i have realized that i was delivered a damaged product. someone put electrical tape on the knob post (see photo) to make a broken knob work as intended. it's possible this was done by home depot, but either way, samsung clearly knows that their knobs are problematic and have not fixed the problem. replacement oem knobs are upwards of $40. fix your knobs, samsung. it's lucky for you that i didn't realize this bamboozling before the warranty period expired.

Wrong Door
we purchased this range, but received the same model number, but with this door: https://www.samsung.com/us/home-appliances/ranges/gas/5-8-cu-ft-freestanding-gas-range-with-convection-nx58m5600sw-aa/ . it is far different than the picture displayed in the ad / on this home depot website. we talked to home depot and samsung and they sent out a replacement, but the replacement was again the wrong range door from the one we purchased...so we rejected the delivery. again, the door we received was from the model i linked to above.

Wife Loves.. I like the food
We were doing a kitchen reno so we ran a gas line to the oven, since our old one was electric we wanted to gas. This is a basic oven, and not super high tech so I am not worried about "updates". The middle nonstick cooking tray in the middle is awesome too cook with. It does everything that we want and my wife loves it. I would recommend a venting exterior hood for this as it is gas.
