Love the built-in air fry capability, which means we don't have to have a separate countertop appliance, and also love the dual ovens which allow us to prep more than one dish at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features of this range are fantastic! The induction cooktop, the AirFryer, and the convection oven. The WiFi notifications and the ability to control the oven through the SmartThings app. It's all so convenient and fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this range/oven for a bit over a month now and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. This is a nice alternative to have double wall ovens. Granted, the size of this double is significantly smaller but the dual ovens fit my needs. The range top evenly heats/cooks food and there is a nice sized large burner. The 2 front burners have 3 sized heating zones to accommodate any sized pan. While the price isn’t the cheapest, as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. Buy this, you won’t regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hasn't worked since we bought it March 2022. Samsung has been promising a replacement, still not here & it's October. Also a little disappointing that the oven racks & divider doesn't fit well, too small & keep falling down.

The range heats up precisely and predictably which makes cooking more forgiving. We have also used the oven to bake cookies. Same predicable results. I received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

Not happy. Died just after the warranty. Never was able to get the WiFi to connect and overcooked almost everything even after adjusting times and temperatures.

this range definitely has a learning curve. everything cooks a lot faster but it definitely heats up even and great. looking forward to what i can make with this baby.

the slightest touch of the knobs for the stove top turns it on. we have had several close calls but today actual had a fire. my husband was bringing in groceries and put them on the stove top. i can into the kitchen smelling smoke. brunt right through bag.

Life is easier with this new technology on this Samsung. Wife us happier and meals healthier. The range looks nice in the kitchen

Took a little time getting use to cooking with due to going from regular electric stove & oven but after a few trial and errors would definitely recommend. Love how the cook top has all the different sizes to fit the size of cookware your using and how evenly it heats the whole bottom of the pot or pan !!! Still adjusting & learn to using the convection oven but it also does very we’ll at cooking evenly & faster than my old electric oven. The air fryer setting works awesome and love that it came with the air fryer basket it is a great size to make family size meals & snacks in !!

the cooktop retains too much heat, so things boil over or burn easily. the “dual” zone ovens create tempetrure zones that must be within a certain defree of each other. so if youbeant to slow roast at 280 degrees, and cook something else at 450 degrees, it wont let you.

nice looking over, but it is way too complicated. supplied manual had no operating infornstion. links to samsung app provide no infirmation. very difficult to find on web site and gad to create an account. installaion of the samsung app took forever and was confusing. after all that effort, no link to mauals and the app provided limited functionality. all in all still trying to sort out to run this thing. setup was very poor.

top glass got cracked, it has not warranty from the manufacturing company, not only that, but the top glass has been discontinued from samsung, and cannot be replaced. we bought this product 2 years ago, and now is useless. new potential buyers, be aware. please do not hide this review.

It's a great stove, with a few minor annoyances. I've waited a couple of years to write a review, based on what I read from others' reviews. I use this stove every single day, I think it's probably better for a kitchen that is not a daily kitchen. It looks great. The knobs turn on easily if you just brush up against them. This is a problem, and dangerous if you have small children. They are very sensitive, and even though not corpulent, any body part that touches a knob turns it on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In remodeling our kitchen, we were hoping for a range that was stylish, feature-filled, reliable and one that wouldn't break the bank. I believe this Samsung range was the perfect fit. No other range we looked at fit all those criteria. PROS: • Looks fantastic • Air Fryer: Although it isn't as effective as a traditional fryer due it its large size, it still works quite well. • Integrated technology: All of the technology features built in to this range and the app are a nice bonus. Controlling things from my phone when I step away is a nice feeling even though I'm sure it won't be used very often. • Temperature probe: The integration of technology and this tool is awesome. Used it for Thanksgiving for our turkey and it was perfect! • Dual ovens: We haven't used this yet but on the surface seems like a quality build as adding the divider is sturdy. We looked at other ranges that had dual doors but they didn't have the pullout drawer at the bottom and the lower oven section went to the floor… to access items in that lower oven seemed like it was impossible and maybe even a little dangerous. Having that drawer (which houses the divider - when not in use - and the Air Fry Pan raised that lower door up and makes the lower cavity much more accessible. • Lots of size/placement options on the cooktop CONS: (and this is totally nitpicking which is why I didn't rate this down a star) • Oven takes longer to preheat than previous range... not sure if it is just because of the size of this thing but it takes quite a while to preheat IMO. • Glass surface: This is a problem with all glass cooktops but they are a bugger to get and keep clean and we do have markings already where dripped oil landed on the hot burner • Air Fry Tray: A little concerned about it's longevity as we use it so much it has already started to show some wear. That's it though. We love, it looks great and does so much more that I even anticipated. This is our first Samsung Range but we have had other Samsung appliances that have held up very well and we're hopeful this one will too.

three critical issues 1. not safe: if you lean up against a dial, the stovetop will turn on. i defended it from family who had the issue from the first day, but after being careful i still did it twice. this range is unsafe. 2. dial settings not visible: you cannot read them without putting your face right next to the dial to see if you are turning the knobs to any setting. 3. heating safety: scenario. convection bake. i place fish sticks in the top oven before reaching 400degrees. in 20 mins the fish sticks are crisp. however, if i set the temp to 415, the fish sticks will be crisp in 8 mins. we tested this 20 times. if you set to 425, the fish sticks will be smoking black in 8 minutes. smoke alarm activated. we will keep it, but i would not recommend to anybody else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is absolutely beautiful in my newly remodeled kitchen! The features are amazing as well. The only complaint about the Air Fryer mode is that it takes longer than what we are used to. We owned a small phillips air fryer and got used to how quick it would cook. This range's air fryer tends to take longer and so we are still adjusting. Other than that, it will not disappoint you. Easy to use as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our old stove started acting up, we decided it was time to look for another one. This had great reviews and many of the newest features such as being able to be synced with your phone, and the split oven, I thought might be a nice option for kitchens that cannot accommodate double ovens. Both ovens do heat up quickly. Now the problems and the reasons behind the one star rating. This stove is used every day, many times a day. It was not purchased to be a show piece. The oven does not come with a third rack. This is a shortfall when you do not use the split oven function (a divider you need to insert cannot be used as a rack because it is solid). The divider is stored in the drawer at the bottom so now the drawer cannot be used to store pans. The top oven does not reach the correct temperature. It is off by 50 degrees whereas with most convections you deduct 25 degrees to equal a regular oven temperature. The top oven only has a convection oven capability. Lately, when both ovens are in use at the same time, a loud rattling sound occurs. The fan, which vents on the top of the oven in the back, is very loud. I tried to find an oven that did not vent in the back of the stove top, because it is difficult to keep clean. Splatter, food can end up in the vent. No way to clean it once something gets inside. The cook top is nice, with many options for pan sizes. However, it is not wide enough to bridge the gap to your existing counter. This requires the purchase of rather "ugly" expensive side inserts. If the glass top was just a half inch wider on each side, there would be no issue with this. Apparently, this is one way to save on cost. The glass, for some reason is very difficult to clean even with the recommended cleaning products and procedures. Our previous glass cooktop was easy to clean. The controls are digital and take some getting use to. You have to make sure you press the round dial to get everything to start. If not it stays in limbo. A warning sound would help avoid this problem. And if you inadvertently press the dial, everything can get turned off etc, highly sensitive. I hope the dial does not break. If it does, the oven will not work. The owner's manual provided with the stove is so vague. It is not always possible to access a computer. This was an expensive oven that we hoped would be perfect for a cooks kitchen. Contacting Samsung by phone and chat has been a nightmare. I now have to try to get service on a 2 month old stove!
