I was able to bake, broil and roast, and I haven't even begun to use all the other features. My favorite feature is the connectivity to the SmartThings app to provide updates and even to control the oven. I am blown away by this oven and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I love everything about this Samsung double wall oven. The features are very impressive! Three separate ovens in one space is fantastic. This is accomplished with a removable piece called the Flex Duo zone. I simply place the easily removable piece in and I can cook three different dishes that require three different temperatures at the same time. What a time saver! I cook large meals and I’m so pleased to be able to do it much more efficiently now. I can’t wait for the holidays. I have also been able to use this oven to replace many other small appliances. Having features like steam and convection all in one place is phenomenal. I enjoy baking cakes and homemade bread. This oven is ideal for both of those tasks. The oven heats evenly and produces a beautiful product. The bread proof setting is absolutely one of my favorites. My dough has never looked so great. The oven is beautifully designed and also a great size. The interior is huge and a gorgeous dramatic blue color gives it such a pop. The electronic controls and digital features are fantastic and very easy use. The touch screen technology is very cutting edge. The WiFi is so useful and allows me to do other things while I’m cooking. I can remotely keep a check on things. Easy close oven doors are much appreciated. I also love the strong and stable sliding racks. Samsung really put a lot of thought into the design and loaded it up with some great features.

I was able to cook a whole Turkey and all the sides at once for the first time ever! The convection oven make things cook so evenly too! Love that I can use my phone to check on it. Looks amazing too! Would highly recommend this to anyone who needs more space, more features and an Awesome looking addition to any kitchen!

I can make sides in the bottom oven while the main course cooks in the top. I love how simple and easy to understand the software is. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is very nice. It has an upper and lower oven with large capacity to cook multiple things at once. I have not tried the smart divider to cook at different temps in the same oven, but I may soon. The wifi option connects to my phone and I get an alert when the oven heats up to the proper temperature. I have cooked chicken, pizza, potatoes and a roast in the oven so far. One recommendation is to start with the pan of what you are cooking on the bottom rack. My previous oven was the opposite (top rack). The first time I cooked a pizza I put it in the middle rack and the top was burnt and bottom wasn’t done. Putting it on the bottom rack created a great pizza! Update: presets. I cooked some brocolli with the steam cook settings and it came out great. I have not used the duel convection yet but hope to soon . The gliding rack is amazing. It is basically a rack on rails. Slides in and out very easily and won't tip over. Used the goremt cook settings to cook a lasagna and it came out perfectly. I have the WIFI connected to my phone and it lets me know when the oven heats up to the correct temp and when the timer is done. Overall an amazing oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is simply amazing! The black stainless steel finish is elegant and sleek. It is definitely the new direction in home appliances, similar to going from white to stainless steel in the '90s. It integrates into our dark cabinets so much better than the traditional stainless steel. It looks more modern. I was unsure about the knobs and their appearance from their pictures. But when seen live, they are much more appealing than I originally thought. They streamline well with the cabinet hardware we have in the kitchen. The knobs are also very functional. It is very simple to turn the knob to set the type of baking and the temperature than it is to go through a digital screen. I can simply twist and set. The smart display is like having a tablet integrated into your oven. It gives much more information than what you would normally get out of a traditional display, including current status and temperature of each oven. In addition to just information, it does a really cool job of integrating into the cloud. This allows me to see the information on my phone as well. It makes it easy to select special recipes that come with the oven. The performance of the oven is really nice when it comes to the convection part. It is able to cook evenly and thoroughly while using less time. The integrated temperature probe is really nice when cooking larger pieces of meat like a roast or a turkey. You can get real-time up-to-date information on your phone and have it turn off when it reaches the desired temperature. I can't wait to cook my Thanksgiving turkey this year! The oven heats up quickly and cools off silently. My old oven sounded like a tornado after we we turned it off each time. The double-glass insulation is also much cooler to the touch while operating the oven. I was also really impressed with the oven racks. They are much thicker and sturdier than any other oven racks I have owned. I really like that Samsung included 6 racks. The installation was quick and easy. XPO called us to schedule it and within a couple days we were able to get our oven installed in less than an hour. I was worry that it would take a much longer time. Not only was installation fast, but they were able to remove and take our old appliances which saved me the hassle of disposing the old ones. This was a big time saver. The crew was nice and courteous and did a good job of cleaning after themselves. A real top-notch service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this oven! When they first installed it, I was a little overwhelmed with all of the options. But it has turned out to be amazing. It cooks food and baked goods evenly. The feature of the duo flex in the upper oven makes it like I have 3 ovens. It comes with several racks for each oven. We took out 2 racks because we didn’t need that much space and it made it easier to not burn myself on a rack trying to pull things in and out. The bottom rack in each oven slides in and out smoothly, which allows for easy access and closing. This helps so much that I’m not pushing and shoving and either spilling food out of the pan or burning my hand trying to get something in or out. There are so many features when it comes to setting the temperatures and cooking food with these ovens. First, the way that it connects to my SmartThings app is amazing. I can change the temperature, add a timer to turn the oven off and control everything from my app. I often forget to turn off the oven when I am done cooking, so this gives me an easy way to now turn my oven off for safety purposes! It also heats up quickly. I like that it alerts me both through a beep and a notification on my phone that the oven is preheated. The speed at which this oven heats up and is ready for use is quick. It comes with many pre-set cooking options which I haven't tried yet but I'm excited to use. In order to get the recipes, I had to get on Samsung's website and download the cookbook. The presets not only tell you the right temperature but also the best rack position to use in the oven which is helpful. I didn't think I would like the knobs on the top and the way they stuck out. But it looks well-designed and has a modern feel to the oven. The interface screen along with the knobs is easy to use and understand. The black stainless is perfect in my kitchen. I have espresso-colored cabinets and the black blends very nicely. I also wasn't sure if it would be too dark in the kitchen, but it looks sleek and I think looks better than the silver stainless steel oven I had. Finally the oven comes with 4 different cleaning options to make it easy to keep pristine. I personally like the option to do either a full-deep clean of the oven or a hybrid clean, which is half the time. This allows me to clean the oven but not feel like I have to fully-commit.. I appreciate these features since I am always busy. It helps me maintain my appliance without having to think. I would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried out the Gourmet Cook feature and found it to be very easy to use and follow. Not only can you find matching recipes online with Samsung’s Gourmet Cookbook, but the feature will recommend the proper cooking dish to use, show you which rack to place your food on, set the right temperature, pre-heat the oven and then set the proper cook time. I mean how much easier can it get? Even as a trained chef you will probably find this feature to be an easy shortcut when you are in a rush to feed your family. The Roasted Lemon Chicken Thigh recipe we tried came out properly cooked and the chicken was tender and very tasty. On top of these great cooking features are the slow/soft door closure that both the top and bottom ovens have which makes it easy to close the doors when you are handling hot foods. After food spilled and baked on the stove we were able to take advantage of the self-clean function which made easy work of the baked on mess and after a quick wipe of the residue with a damp rag it was as good as new. To top it off the gliding rack is one of my favorite features and they really make it easy when you need to flip your fries or just to check the temperature of your food with a probe. Overall this is an amazing oven and there are so many features we haven’t been able to try them all, yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with this Samsung double oven!  It looks absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen with the blue back-lit knobs and large digital screen display.  You can select shortcuts, look up complete recipes, and it preheats super fast.  There are so many added features that make this oven stand out.  The built in thermometer is very convenient and a great safety feature for cooking larger roasts and other meats to the right temperature.  The oven windows are extra wide making it very easy to see inside, which is especially helpful for baking.  The soft close doors are a nice extra and raise the overall professional look and feel of this oven.  It also has a water reservoir that opens up options for steam cooking.  The divider for the top oven allows me to cook several dishes all at once at different temperatures.  It really is like having another oven.  It offers so many unexpected extras that I've been inspired to broil, bake and steam more of our meals.

The reason I did not rate this oven with five stars is the unresponsive touch screen interface. There is a delay between when a user interface element is pressed and when there is a response indicating that something has been selected. I find this delay annoying. There should be immediate feedback whenever an interface element is touched. Because of the delay, I think I must not have touched the interface element properly and try again. This seems to overload it. When nothing happens I try a different interface element hoping to get it to react again. Eventually, the micro-controller reboots and cancels everything the oven was doing in the process. Any timers that were running are cancelled and the heating elements are turned off. This is VERY FRUSTRATING! I also do not like that the display turns off while I'm not using the oven, but using a timer to time something else; my risotto timer runs for eighteen minutes. The timer will still sound the tone when it is done, but to see how much time is left on the timer I have to walk over to the oven, tap the screen, and tap the timer element. If these operations are not done exactly right, it can easily get into the mode, described above, where the micro-controller reboots. The display really should be left on while a timer is operating. There are many things I like about this oven, but there is not enough space to write about them here. I think it is more important to point out deficiencies and let the Samsung marketing point out the good features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the NV51K7770DS 30" Flex Duo™ Double Wall Oven in Stainless Steel as part of a promotion and overall I have really enjoyed it. The first thing I noticed is the design. WOW! I fell in love with the blue interior, the digital display, and the lit up knobs. I also noticed that this oven came with a lot of cool features that I have yet to fully play with. I was typically a pressure cooker chef, but seeing all of the cooking features of this oven has made this like a new grownup toy! I’ve cooked new casseroles and even found things to try the steam function on. Very cool! The oven comes with a lot of racks. Almost too many; I’ve struggled to try and figure out where to store all those racks. I do love the racks that slide out so that you don’t have to risk burning yourself getting food out. The wi-ifi connectivity is also a great feature! I like that I get alerted when cooking has started or been cancelled. I also enjoy that I can see the temperature status and food timer from my phone so I don’t have to keep running to the kitchen to check on the food. My one wish is that the ability to control the oven from your phone was always available. Instead it is only available when you use the smart control knob when you start cooking for it to work. I also really like the internal oven light. It is so bright; you can really see the dishes clearly in there. I was amazed by this. Really the only thing I have questioned on this oven is that when I went to cook a casserole at the time and heat the recipe required, it wasn’t cooked all the way when I pulled it out. I’m not sure if that is on the recipe or on the oven internal temperature not registering right. I’ll have to test this further. Either way, I’ve loved this oven so far and can’t wait to keep trying out all the features.

We used this Samsung, double wall oven to replace a GE Profile double wall oven which the face plate warped and GE did not have replacement parts. Sad that a 11 year old oven needed replacing. This oven has so many options and cooks really nice. Beautiful browning too. The blue interior is so nice. The display options are high tech and pleasing. One thing is the clock does NOT stay on the display. It turns off within 5 minutes so if you are used to a clock being on display at all times, this is not available on this oven.

does not maintain temperature. the knobs and touch screen get extremely hot during use. c21 error code still not fixed after mainboard and temperature sensor replacement.

Had this oven 1.5 years. Since about 4 months in it kept blanking out during cooking. They sent someone to replace the control panel. Still doing it. Now the self cleaning mode has locked the ovens and it will not power on and doors are locked. Useless. Stay FAR away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've seen mixed reviews for this oven, but I've had it for about 8 months and it is amazing. It replaced a GE Profile in my oven in my house and there is no comparison. My mother in law has a Thermador at home and she said the Samsung double oven blows that away too. The flex duo option essentially turns it into 3 ovens that you can control individually (we end up leaving it in basically year round since everything cooks faster in the smaller cavity with convection in all of them. My only complaint was that I couldn't get there smart connectivity to work initially, but an update to the oven a few months ago fixed that. A few recommendations: 1. I'd love the screen to stay on for more than 1 hour at a time since its large and I can see it across the kitchen (all you have to do it touch it when it goes off). Maybe give an option to set the hours it stays on? 2. There are a lot of recipes built in, but I don't know where to find the ingredients! It'd be nice if I could send those to my phone or download new recipes to the oven. I haven't tried the steam cook feature yet, but maybe I'll update this if I get around to it.

Brand new clock doesn't stay on even when you put it in the setting so it doesn't time out. Why doesn't this work properly? Screen goes blank and times out even when you turn that feature off. DEFECTIVE AND NEW

The oven creates disasters because it turns itself off during cooking and is unresponsive. This happens repeatedly and all you can do Is wait until it turns itself back on. Utter failure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is nice! We had what we thought was a fairly decent double wall oven we replaced for this one and the differences are considerable. So far, we are glad we made the switch. Some of the features we are enjoying with this oven include the appliance being fairly quiet while in operation. Our last appliance had a loud exhaust fan that you could hear through the house while being operated. This oven is much quieter. The ability to connect to the Internet is great and allows us to monitor the appliance from another room. The LED display is clear, large, bright, and easy to read. The oven includes large turn knobs with lights that allow you to set the oven to the appropriate cooking type and are easy to understand. The significant stand out feature for us is the "Flex Duo" option. This feature allows you to divide the top oven into two separate cooking areas while in convection mode with separate variable temperatures in each area or zone basically providing you the ability to cook three different items at once (two in the top oven, and one in the bottom oven. The only negative for us regarding this oven, and it's minimal, is that the ability to leave the display screen with the clock on at all times does not seem to be available or we haven't figured that feature out yet. There is a way to leave the clock on during use and for an hour after use, but it eventually times out and the screen goes blank. If we find a way to leave the clock on all of the time, we would edit the overall review to 5 Stars. We have cooked a number of items so far and they have all turned out as we expected. My family would highly recommend this oven if you're looking for a nice and clean looking double wall oven with features abound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has truly created an oven aimed at those who want technology mixed in with everyday appliances. My oven was installed before Thanksgiving, so I was excited to be able to use it to prepare the meal. I coked a 30# turkey in the bottom oven, which left room in the top flex oven for the side dishes. The flex option worked really well for the other dishes. it is like having three ovens. What a great concept for this type of meal. The ovens are both nice sized, and have the convenience of have a gliding rack. The gliding rack comes in handy when the pan is large and heavy. the racks have ball bearing glides the assist you when pulling out the rack.. The ovens also have several cooking modes to choose from, bake. broil, convection roast, convection bake, steam bake, steam roast, and Convection broil. It is nice to be able to use the different modes for different applications. The ovens are also very well sealed and insulated. You can turn the oven off at the end of the cooking cycle and the oven will retain the heat. The doors have large glass windows so you can easily check on what you are cooking, and the oven lights are bright and illuminate the entire oven cavity. If something runs over clean up is easy due to the oven finish. The oven also comes with a probe built in for cooking to a preset temperature. I have used the probe for cooking chicken breasts, I insert it in the largest breast and the come out perfect every time. The controls are both knobs and touch so you can adjust temperatures by touch or by the use of the temperature knob. The clock style can be changed to your preference, either digital or analog and the timer is super easy to use. This oven truly is a great appliance packed with technology and convince. It is easy to use and maintain. It is well designed and looks nice as well.

The pros were the soft close door, the blue LED lights, and the ability for the oven to maintain two different temperatures (Flex Duo). The Flex Duo allowed me to roast a chicken and bake a pineapple upside down simultaneously. It saved me so much time and trouble by allowing me to bake two dishes at once. The only con I found was that I had trouble with wi-fi connectivity. For me, it wasn't a big deal at all, but an added plus that would come in handy. All in all I am very pleased with this appliance and would recommend it to others.
