Love all the presets for dinner plate and defrosting etc and it's also cool to have in my kitchen in black steel. Easy to clean and easy to use. Big on the inside for full sized plates too!

We're a big family and my wife is always cooking and most of the time the are left overs that require to be warmed. This microwave rocks. It's beautiful, functional, smart, large and powerful! The quality of this bad boy is top-notch. With so many options, cool modes, auto sensing, is just want above would need. It's easy to clean and operate. If you are looking for a new microwave, my family and I highly recommend!

Regarding this microwave I would complain about the low light/visibility with door closed and the missing quick starts ( example hit #1 for a one minute run). Instead you have to press 1, than 0, another 0 than Start (4 hits). Btw, what is that cardboard cover on the right side “covering”?

price is reasonable. this microwave is easy to install. check your measurement because this was a half inch longer than my old microwave. i had to hire someone to cut a backsplash in order to install. this is also easy to use and easy to clean!

the samsung microwave is a good product. however, upon delivery the microwave arrived dented and damaged. it looks like it was dropped on one side and then packaged. unfortunately, home depot and samsung declined to send a replacement piece, which we were extremely upset about. we had bought the 5-year warranty as well, and didn't want our money back. we liked the microwave, and just wanted a replacement, as this one arrived broken. however, home depot and samsung both stated, there was nothing we could do. so for anyone considering this microwave, please consider this experience. we are essentially stuck with a broken, and damaged microwave. safe to say, we wont purchase future products from home depot, and samsung.

Super happy with my new Samsung black stainless steel microwave. Love the color and not having a handle gives it very sleek and modern look. Installation was easy, it is large, works great, and easy to clean. It has 2 led lights w/ 2 settings and my favorite is the 4 speed fan. Highly recommend this microwave oven! Perfect match with my black ss Samsung oven and now just waiting for my Samsung black stainless 30" 5 burner gas cooktop. Worth the wait with the unfortunate supply chain delays with the Covid virus.

Relly nice to use and looks goos on top of the stove i would recommend it to everyone

Bought this model from Home Depot on 7 -22-18, the unit gave off a loud snapping noise and stopped heating on 12-31-20. I unplugged the microwave and waited a few minutes then plugged back in and still would not heat, and they were crackling noises coming from the unit. I do not recommend this unit to anyone, it simply should last a lot longer then this, I am very hesitant to replace this unit with another Samsung even know the rest of the appliances are Samsung.

Arrived as described and easy to install. High quality and a good menu selection. I have used for several weeks now and would still highly recommend !

The sensor cooking works great. Is not as loud as most higher end microwaves. The inside ceramic coating makes it a breeze to clean, the capacity of this giant is very nice for those dinner nights with the kids. The pizza button is great. Reheats pizza quickly and perfectly even heating , no hot spots. The design matches my new samsung gas range stainless steel angled front edges.

Our New Samsung Kitchen. Our kitchen is now complete with our new Microwave. Very clean lines, ease of operation and the display at the bottom make it a pleasure to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of this microwave is stunning as it has clean lines and stainless steel highlights. The touch buttons respond well and are easily accessed. Opening and closing are smooth with minimal effort and the lack of an external handle is nice. The LED lights under the unit do a great job of illuminating the stovetop and the exhaust fan works well. There are a number of easy access quick buttons that are convenient. There is also a reference guide inside the door for other heating options. I do a lot of baking and cooking for my son with food allergies; which includes melting chocolate, melting and softening butter and reheating many other meals. The inside is also really easy to wipe down and clean. The only issue I have had is that the Dinner Plate reheat has repeatedly overcooked the meal and needs to be stopped early. We have had to adjust to this and go more "old school" in trying to estimate cook times. Other than that this has been a really nice addition to our kitchen.

I am able to warm and cook whole meals and cleaning the inside is a breeze. It has lots of feature to make life easier and will take a bit of getting use to. Best part is that it mounts underneath the cabin so now I have more counter space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung OTR microwave is super from both a looks-perspective and in functionality. It works quickly to heat food evenly and thoroughly, and offers a spacious interior. Additionally, it defrosts well and perfectly warms beverages. And to boot...it's quiet while doing so! There are quite a few touch controls, with a list of categorized heating instructions on the inside panel of the microwave, which are intuitive and easy to use. My one critique is that the clock is cumbersome to set and I'm not a fan of the bright blue numbers (wish there were a couple of color options). Overall though, I love the streamlined look of this model with the flat front (no handle) which adds a modern flair to the look of any kitchen. I rate this as a high-performing microwave that doesn't lack in the areas of good looks or features.
