Would like a refrigerator that lasts
this is a great fridge if you want one for just a couple years. if you want one that lasts more than 6 years, this is probably not the one, or the brand, for you. ours got a freon micro-leak and based on the location, it is not repairable. i have been a loyal samsung product owner- from phones, tablets, washers and dryers to kitchen appliances, but between my leaky washer and now this, i think i'm done.

I love our new refrigerator! Very spacious and easy to keep organized. My only issue was not with the product, but the installation. Wound up paying for installation/water hookup kit even when the delivery men could not install it due to a doorway issue. My husband and sons had to lift it over the counter and they installed it themselves. Make sure to double measure. If it doesn't easily fit they won't maneuver anything. Also, guys didn't have their own tools and asked to borrow ours, to remove our old fridge. When I asked if Home Depot provided them with tools, one guy said they lost them at other houses. Well at least he was honest!!

Love mostly everything about it so far (it's only been a couple of months). The only complaint is the water dispenser is so slow. This is my second Samsung fridge like this, and this water comes out much slower, painfully slow.
