This unit replaced an earlier Samsung that had horrible issues with the ice maker, water leaks and noise.Because of the size that would fit our space we paid $1200 extra.While it so far has met expectations the flex drawer space slide does not lock and installation was a problem. Hope the bigger size works for you.

I love this refrigerator overall. There is a known flaw with the middle drawer that sometimes gets hung on a wire or hose in the back when you try to close it. My friend has the same model and they have the same issue. Wish I knew a fix for this.

this is a great fridge if you want one for just a couple years. if you want one that lasts more than 6 years, this is probably not the one, or the brand, for you. ours got a freon micro-leak and based on the location, it is not repairable. i have been a loyal samsung product owner- from phones, tablets, washers and dryers to kitchen appliances, but between my leaky washer and now this, i think i'm done.

I love our new refrigerator! Very spacious and easy to keep organized. My only issue was not with the product, but the installation. Wound up paying for installation/water hookup kit even when the delivery men could not install it due to a doorway issue. My husband and sons had to lift it over the counter and they installed it themselves. Make sure to double measure. If it doesn't easily fit they won't maneuver anything. Also, guys didn't have their own tools and asked to borrow ours, to remove our old fridge. When I asked if Home Depot provided them with tools, one guy said they lost them at other houses. Well at least he was honest!!

Love mostly everything about it so far (it's only been a couple of months). The only complaint is the water dispenser is so slow. This is my second Samsung fridge like this, and this water comes out much slower, painfully slow.

I love my Samsung refrigerator! The extra drawer for storing meat/cheese, wine or even frozen stuff is awesome! For it being a smaller size fridge...it hold quite a lot!

Overall the unit is exactly what we needed, functions perfectly.

The water/ice dispenses plenty of room for big water bottles. Plenty of room for a smaller sized fridge. The front allows for magnets as most these days don't.

The delivery on four major appliances was excellent the delivery men laid down rugs lay down a tarp brought in all four appliances put them in place took off the plastic took off the cardboard as if I was happy or they were located and wish me a happy holiday and left. I can't say anything about Home Depot except excellent job.

It is a very beautiful and constructive refrigerator. But, on the 5th day of arrival the door handle fell off and we couldn't fix it. Called the Protection and they simply passed us to Samsung and they promised to send a new handle. So far I have not received it!

freezer not working for over a month and samsung only uses certain companies to work on their products and the companies they use suck. we have been waiting to hear back from technician for price on repair for over 2 weeks and samsung wont do anything other than continuously escalate promise to call us back and never do. never will i buy samsung again or recommend. they also recommended i use other service providers and that will cost me more money as i already paid for first company to come out and troubleshoot. samsung is the worst and don't stand behind their products or contractors they hire stay away.

This was perfect for our home. Love the duel drawer in the freezer and the special fridge drawer. Easy to find things now than my side by side. Love the lights inside too! Can see very well. So happy with our choice!!
