I bought exactly same model I had from 2013 in black. Ice maker didn’t work. So I waited 2 months for the updated model like my old one. It is the black stainless. Beautiful! Had to have Samsung service check it. The twin cooler sound when recooling seemed very noisy from day one. Service tested, said compressor was normal. He was thorough. It is still noisy. I will need to get used to it. All I heard from my last of same model was a drip sometimes & slight sound. I’d give 5 stars but for noise. Otherwise I loved my last & love this one!

Awesome - keeps each compartments @ set temp. 4 Door with lots of storage, produces Ice cubes very well, only wish ICE bin had a door to open in Freezer area

It is exactly what I was looking for.

We loved this fridge when we got it, it is spacious and I loved the middle drawer for deli products and snacks. after just a few months the ice maker started to have issues and it would freeze up all the time and have to be defrosted. I looked online and apparently lots of others have this issue as well. Then after we had it for about 4 years, it started to have other issues. It would just randomly stop cooling and even though the temperature on the door display would say it was still cooling it would be warm inside and all our freezer items would be defrosted. If we unplugged it and plugged it back in a few times we could get it going again, but we had a service tech come out and they tried replacing the compressor and another part but after a month it did it again and to this date we don't have a resolution. We purchased a separate fridge and freezer temp monitor so we could try and restart the fridge before we loose all our food but so far no one can fix it.

within 1 week of install this refrigerator stopped working. i immediately reached out to samsung but the soonest available appointment for repairs is 3 weeks from the date of inquiry. i'm without a refrigerator to store food and all my food that was in the fridge is spoiled. they said they will compensate me for spoiled food, but that won't occur until after the unit is fixed. as a consumer, i am disappointed with the urgency samsung has demonstrated here. i highly discourage purchasing products from samsung based on their inability to fulfill their customer obligations to deliver trustworthy and dependable products. additionally, their inability to act with urgency to solve this issue demonstrates no loyalty to their customers and has completely eliminated all trust i had in their brand.

Love this refrigerator. The drawer keeps my drinks the perfect temperature. Lots of space. Would definitely recommend.

We love it. Have had it for about a month now. We have a smaller space and were worried about the capacity but we were plesently surprised. The middle pull out drawer really helps to give much more space. I only wish it was fingerprint resistant coating on the doors. I'm constantly scrubbing the doors.

Love the color and how cold my food is kept

We are very happy with the fit finish and overall quality of the Samsung product. We are especially happy with the extra drawer and the ability to adjust the temp as desired. The shelf’s could use some redesign to allow more storage of large uprite containers.

We had to purchase a “skinnier” fridge after moving in order for the door closest to the wall to open. This was the only Samsung that meet our size limits. We have owned Samsung’s (3) for over 10 years and love them! For some reason this one was more expensive than the other sizes, but other than being a bit expensive, we love it. Great delivery, communicated regularly, fast and efficient personnel on arrival.

Love it! Absolutely beautiful! Who knew a fridge could look so good. Works great my beer is ice cold.

Love it so far. The middle drawer is great for all our beverages. I was worried it would steal space from the refrigerator, but it does not.

Love this refrigerator. Only issue is the ice gets caught up a lot and won’t disburse from the door. I found if I open and slam door shut that the ice will release.

Literally the only thing I don't love about this refrigerator is there isn't a true spot for eggs. There's a spot on the left door you can use if you take them out of the carton. Not sure if that is what is intended for. It works just not what I'm used to.

Refrigerator really performs great. Love the 2 door compartments for freezing and for keeping things cool. Love it.

Beautiful fridge. Had to get plumber to do water line installation since there wasn’t a shut off valve on the water line directly for the fridge.

Great size for a small kitchen! Love the storage layout.! The hinged shelves in the refrig are a great touch! The move-out-of-the-way tray in the freezer holds so much! Not to mention the lower storage! Perfect in all ways except the ice maker! Older refrig/ice maker really produced ice quickly into you glass with what I would call a standard size ice cube. This ice maker produces small cubes and when you use the crush function it takes forever!. Otherwise this would have received 5 stars!

Good fridge, works very nicely, quite and most importantly it fits in my designated space. Did I mention that it looks great too. I have not yet used the ice function. The middle drawer is very convenient too. The 4 stars only because I wanted a smart fridge but couldn’t find one at the right size ( covid 19 cause a shortage of parts).

Missing the ice tray in front of fridge
