The washer is beautifully made, quiet operation. the stainless steel tub sparkles and the clothes come out cleaner than I imagined. The cycles are simple to learn and cover all laundry necessities. I am really impressed that it has a self cleaning cycle. I love the music at the end of the cycle.

So far so good. The spin cycle is excellent the cloths come out ready for quick dry. So quiet washing machine can’t really tell you washing clothes you can hear a little when spinning but that’s natural

Leaking in year 4
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] frustratingly, we're having water drain onto the floor with every load now. looks like a seal is worn off and now we're concerned about damage as the water isn't getting to our drain.
of course, the warranty ran out a year ago for things like this. is there anything that can be done?

Good basic clothes washer. Easy to use and gets the clothes clean. The spin cycle is somewhat in need of an update, as it gets off balance frequently. Higher end washers will add more water and rotate to balance the load.

Dimension measurements should include the soap dispenser drawer. While...
Dimension measurements should include the soap dispenser drawer. While our laundry area has more than sufficient room the drawer hits the door frame and will not open far enough for the soap dispenser, nor will the door open all the way. The installer did not point this out before leaving. We will need to relocate and switch the washer to the opposite side of our laundry room.
