Thorough clean and spin!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently and am so happy I did. My previous washer just did not seem to clean the clothes and especially bedding very thoroughly. My family had been sick just before this was installed and it got a workout. I was so pleased to see the dirt from my dog cleaned from the king size comforter!! The spin cycle removed the majority of the water making it less difficult for the dryer. I am pleased.

Worst machine ever
This is the worst washing machine I’ve ever had or used. The crap is at the bottom of the machine when the load is done and the clothes come out dirty. The machine hardly moves the clothes around and some don’t even get wet. It also doesn’t spin all the water out. This is the worst washing machine ever and I do not recommend it to anyone. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and I need to find one that washes my clothes clean

An off balance headache!
We are usually Samsung appliance fans, all our kitchen appliances as well as televisions are Samsung. We thought it was a no brained when picking out our new washer and dryer. Little did we know we should have kept looking. This washer gets off balance very easy and does not self level at all. It will try to level out buy filling and draining the water several times then flashes a code, usually UR or A? and beeping over and over. I have to try to redistribute the wet clothing evenly, staying at the washer to keep it from cycling through rinse over and over when I just need it to spin correctly. Smaller loads and making sure to evenly distribute the clothes at start does not help. I suggest to save time, money, and your nerves by purchasing a different model and or brand.

Don't Buy This One
We purchased this Samsung washer 2 years ago. About 6 months ago, we noticed black debris that have an oily feel to them all over the clothes, sheets, towels, etc. This happens after most wash cycles and at different settings. We took the drum apart, cleaned it well. We have used vinager, clorax and baking soda during the clean cycle. We had a Samsung tech look at the washer. He couldn't explain it. He said another customer has the same problem. It also makes loud knockng noises and is unbalanced alot. The best advice we were given by a someone was to not to buy products that the manufacturer does not specialize in. Samsung doesn't focus specifically on appliances. GE and Whirlpool do. Previous to buying this Samsung washer, we had an LG for 7 years. The panel went out. It would have cost too much to replace it. We will never again buy Samsung or LG products.

Unhappy customer
The washer features are nice and huge 5.0 Cu Ft tub is good to have.
However , after 10 months of use noticed that after washing a doggie bed the washer started vibrating heavy, it threw a code and came to a stop.
This action caused agitator damage.
Washer is under warranty and Samsung call center sent tech that told us not to put bedding or pillows in washer ! Really ? Washer is not Heavy duty .
The bent screw that holds the agitator in place is delayed and now 5 days without a washer.

It's HUGE
Love this machine and i love the technology. However I did not know it was so large and deep that I almost fall in every time while retrieving my clothes. In hindsight.. Do you really need a washer that big and dangerously deep? Be sure to look the floor model before purchasing.

DO NOT BUY
Absolutely the worst washer even please please do not spend money on this washer after 10 months of use with just washing clothes and sheets only. It gives UR code and shakes violently. Was told to replace shocks on washer and that doesn’t even work. Drum nut has been checked and tighten. Washer even gives a UR code and shakes violently when doing a self clean cycle with no clothes even in it. Ugh so disappointed wish I could go back 10 months ago and I would NEVER EVER buy this.

Check Google and Youtube before you buy
Don't take my word for it ... just know that Samsung washers have been fraught with major defects including rusting out and exploding tops. Mine is rusted out and after Samsung acknowledged the design defect - they refused to pay for any repairs. The estimate is $350.00

Will RUST in 3 years
Do not buy any Samsung washer! Search google for Samsun washers rusting and believe your eyes! They are literally eaten by rust after a few years. How a washing machine can ever rust is beyond me! Warranty has expired and they are recommending that you pay for service and have the parts replaced! Which is half the washing machine! It is a joke. Spend your money on a brand that knows how to use parts for a washing machine that endures water.

STOP! Do not waste your money.
After a 1.5 yrs old it started to get code Ub for unbalanced. Everyload no matter large or small. Labor and parts cost more than a new machine. Rusting on the front top corner. Our last machine Whirlpool lasted 12 yrs. I miss that machine.

Please don’t Buy!
BUYERS BEWARE! I’m so disgusted with this washer. Purchased a little under a year ago and it is constantly stopping mid cycle and restarting or adding time. The spin feature often stops working. It also locks so I have to unplug it several times to even be able to remove my clothes. This is by far the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Samsung should be ashamed!
