Enterprise worthy: This is not my parents washer (tub with a ringer) it's a smooth running machine that Capt. Kirk would be proud to have on the Enterprise. I must say I look for things to wash now, great machine, great size, and a great buy, although, white would have been ok...…..

Everything we hoped for. Replaced a front load washer we had for 13 years. This one has lots more features.

We are so happy with the performance of this washer. faster, cleaner and very quiet.

Washer is amazing! Was replacing an older model and this was works great!

Thus far I have been very impressed with this front loader. My only complaint is for the buttons or area (still not sure) where you need to press the change the water temp, spin cycle, soil level. I have no idea where to press to make this change.

This does not connect to WiFi like it says it does. Requires extra hardware to be able to to so.

I’ve had the opportunity to put this machine through most of its cycles and it performs wonderfully. Now that my children have all grown I wasn’t sure I’d ever need the little door to add a forgotten item , but it’s already come in handy several times. My mother recently purchased a top loader and I used hers a lot on my last visit, not impressed. So glad I didn’t buy one. I can honestly say nothing, nothing cleans better than a front loader. Love it!

Excellent appliance so far. Clothes are almost dry after washing.

Home Depot appears to have False Advertisement as this machine clearly states"Wi-Fi Connectivity - Remotely control and monitor your Samsung washer and dryer from anywhere using your mobile devices". When the Washer comes in the Manual says that you now have to purchase another device that plugs into the washer. Home Depot cannot get this device !!

We ordered this washing machine and had it delivered today. Technician from HD installed it and ran first load with empty washer just to make sure it worked, but he left before it finished. The cycle finished, but the door locked and would never open and it never drained. It just sites there with an hourglass on the display screen and no error code! Nothing. No way to unlock. No way to know what the heck is wrong. We tried everything. Called samsung. Read the manual. Nobody has answers. We had to use emergency drain to get the water out of the unit. So we thought... maybe a fluke? We tried again. Same result. This thing is DOA. Samsung must have horrible quality control. A $1,200 hunk of garbage. Will be returning this... but what an inconvenience and what a mess and a huge waste of time. Do not waste your hard earned money, or your time. Look at another brand... please!

My washing machine is just over 30 days old and leaked water from the front load door. The water spilled into the optional tray below, which didn't hold the water and instead went directly onto the floor of my laundry room and into my kitchen ceiling below the laundry room. Brand new house, brand new washing machine and Samsung wont replace the unit. I spent hours on the phone being transferred from one department to another. After telling me that they would send out an adjustor to look at it which would take up to 14 days I got a call from a 3rd party repair company that gives you a 4 hour window during the work week to show up and fix the unit only. Home Depot wont return the unit, Samsung wont replace it or offer any assistance on not having a machine to use while I wait for the repair. In the end, the leave I take from work for the repair, the water damage done to my new home, the two weeks I have to wait for someone to try to fix this new unit all show me that the value and quality that I thought I was receiving is non existent and I will never recommend a Samsung appliance to anyone.

Arrived in perfect condition. Hooked up and worked great from the first wash. You need to read the owner's manual so you know what you are doing. Once you know how to operate everything, it really works great.

This machine has lots of operating options like temperatures and speed. The addwash door doesn’t have too much value unless you regularly forget to put all your dirty clothes in a load. The spin cycle is louder than some machines.

the machine would be excellent except for the fact that the installers ripped holes in the hose that comes out of the washer. When we called to see if they would come fix it we were told that the whole washer had to be replaced. They said it would be about 10 days but its been about 30.

Very efficient, quiet and pretty. It has a shorter run time than my old machine. I love the steam feature and all the settings to get just the right wash for each garment. The tub light and add a garment features are very useful.

Love the look and capacity just right for a big load of my work clothes of 2 weeks

It vibrates a lot. Not worth the price.

The washer has a problem, the water do not dried out completely I have to use a towel, I have try to reach out for help but none have call me back. Yes I am very disappointed with Home Depot

We brought this washer 2 months ago. we find that this washer doesn't drain the water out and alot water sits in the front under the rubber, and where you put the washer liquid. We take out the liquid department to pour out water and use paper towers dry the water under rubber. this waher cost to much for all of this work after you wash your cloths.

As with all front loaders, a lot of moisture remains on the door and the rubber gasket. I dry them after every load and leave the door open overnight. The drawer for the laundry detergent also has to be emptied and dried. The machine seems to wash regular items well. Clothes are clean.

The looks are great but the quality is even better! Great settings and easy to use

Bought this washer 18 months ago and have had to pay out of pocket TWICE for repairs.

Second Samsung washer purchase and this one is even better than the 6500. Big capacity, super quiet, loaded with features.
