Awful. Don’t buy
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst washing machine & dryer combo I’ve ever owned. (i got the pair) Listen to the other reviews & don’t waste your money. The lid is currently held togather by tuck tape, the filters are always throwing codes and it constantly fills if the load is slightly unbalanced. I’m telling you. KEEP SHOPPING

    Horrible product with poor customer satisfaction
    Do not buy! If the washer isn’t used for only 1 week, the drum fills with an amazing amount of debris. It’s horrible. It’s a combination of small pebbles and black dirt.

      Washboard Days Are Back Again!
      Was desperate for a new washer/dryer & it had to be a side by side. Was new to the area so the gues at Conns conned me into this model. The sink area is never used and is a nuisance in the way it opens. The lid has broken in the corner. Now it seems the drain pump isn’t working. Times are tough for most and I’m trying to figure out how to afford a drain pump & the reinstallation of the pump. The riveted back panel makes it so that the pump isn’t easily accessible. Was hoping to get a few more years out of this thing. Now I see why they included the “washboard” in the sink feature!! Bahahaha! It’s Junk!

        Truly Pathetic.
        Doesn't look like Home Depot is carrying these models any longer, but if you are in the market for a new washing machine, definitely buy a Samsung if you love overpriced and oversized paper weights! My admittedly handsome piece of machinery (see picture!) decided its clutch had had quite enough and decided to call it a life. No worries! Just call a repair technician and have it fixed up in no time! Yessir, just $850 to replace that clutch and you'll be good as new! Truly. Pathetic.

            Worst purchase
            Worst purchase we have ever made. We’ve owned for less than 5 years. We had 2 techs out to our house shortly after purchasing because it was making an awful metal scraping noise. The first tech told me it was my fault for putting too many clothes in even after I explained that it will do it even when I’m washing a small load of baby clothes. The second tech immediately knew the problem and fixed it. Said these washers are famous for getting small metal pieces stuck in them from the factory. There are rust spots. Within the last year, I opened the door to the washer and plastic shattered in my face. We just dealt with the one side being broke because the lid still shut. Now the other side has shattered and plastic flew at me once again. Also have had a huge problem with mold and milder under the agitator due to a very poor design choice that allows water to just sit between 2 pieces. Very hard to clean. Just an awful machine. Will never purchase another Samsung appliance again.

              Nice looking washer.
              DO NOT BUY! Top cover hinge is very fragile and broke couple months after we bought it. Clothes are not really getting washed. It stops when spinning. It's a hit or missed when washing and it has to be unplugged to reset.

                Cheaply made.. not worth it.
                I bought this 15 months ago and the clutch is destroyed… it’s actually completely snapped in half. The cost of the part plus labor is almost as much as a new washer. Very frustrating. Will not buy a Samsung appliance again.

                  Machine rusts and falls apart within 2yrs
                  bought the washer dryer set in 2017 and within two years started noticing rusting around bleach dispenser and water jet. which now has just spread immensely all over that rusted metal just falls in tk the drum and on to clean clothes staining them. im now noticing drip marks on the outside of my machine too. i thought samsung was a trusted brand, but it absolutely is not. all of our samsung appliances are having issues. stay away

                    Broken lid
                    i wish i had read the reviews before i purchased this unit. now 7 months later and the lid is broken at the hinge! my last samsung washer lasted 13 years this one 7 months i guess brand loyalty is meaningless. the lid has a metal hinge but the rest is all plastic and thin plastic at that. no wonder the hinge broke there. if you lower the wash basin and try to close the lid it puts pressure on the lid and the hinge to me this is a design issue and a manufacture defect but i will bet i will be stuck with a piece of crap washer in 5 months when the 1 year warranty expires

                      Expensive TRASH
                      Had this washer for 3 years. Stopped working completely almost 2 weeks ago. Repair guy showed up finally after waiting 10 days. Seems they are busy fixing a lot of samsung washers and dryers. Really busy. This will be my last samsung purchase, I have a samsung fridge that leaks water. I've included an image of my repair bill for the washer. Have to wait at least a week for the part to arrive. NO MORE samsung ANYTHING FOR ME.

                        Drives me insane
                        This washer, while I was not the one who bought it, drives me crazy. It may have a lot of room and a lot of features but it’s not worth it. This washer is super loud. The worst thing about it is that it unbalances easy even if there isn’t much in the wash. When it does unbalance it just beeps and adds more water. So that you absolutely cannot finish a load. Even if you put it on spin only with no rinse, if it unbalances it will automatically stop and pours more water onto the laundry. This means that even if your laundry is pretty much done with the cycle and it unbalances, you will not be able to get enough water out of it to put it into the dryer. For such a modern appliance and for the price, this should not be an issue. When this terrible cycle of unbalancing happens it doesn’t matter how much I adjust the laundry load. I just have to stand in front of the washer and babysit it so that it doesn’t endlessly re-rinse everything. Absolutely pointless procedure and so unnecessary.

                          Broke down in 3 months
                          warranty expired before we purchased the product lol we purchased the product 7/13/20 and the warranty expired in may! we called samsung customer service with screenshots of our purchase on best buy of the product but they said it wasn’t enough proof...i went to the store for a duplicate copy and called again, but samsung customer service still refused to help us. thank god we did not throw out our old washer. we are currently using the old one while the new samsung washer collects dust. steer clear of this product!

                              Washing with no water
                              this samsung washing machine is the worst washing machine ever made. ever. seriosuly. i washed a light load of clothes and you can still see the wrinkles in my husbands dress pants. this machine uses next to no water. not high efficiency at all!!! it doesn’t work! i complanied to best buy, had a repair man out and they all said ‘its just the way the washer works’. do not buy this machine!!!!

                                Quiet, Fast, Great
                                have lived with it over a month now. there is one downside to get out of the way first....its pretty tall. meaning all you shorties out there...you gonna need a step stool. i have a 4'11 person here and they cant reach to the bottom. i am 5'10 and have no problem. i would say anyone under 5'5 invest in a t-rex grapple claw. now on to the rest. this machine is super quiet compared to my old maytag. it is fast too. the bigger tub swallows anything i put into it. i find myself waiting for laundry to build up so i can use the tub size. if you are used to doing laundry every other day...this thing can make you do it once a week. depending on your clothing change desires. the black is sleek, the glass top has held up pretty well for all my mishaps of putting the basket stuff on top.

                                  Washer stop working completely after two years
                                  The washer machine was good while we live in Washington state after our move to Texas the washer work for a couple days but during that time the washer started spitting black pieces in every washing cycle and then stopped working completely. We have try to unplug, see what when wrong and could It figure out why the water got trapped during the wash cycle and pretended it was washing but completely stopped. We paid a good 1000 for this washer and now not even the guarantee will cover the damage. We have not idea why stopped working and we need buy one immediately but washers are not available in any near appliances store. Marie

                                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] got 7/21/20. wa52m7750av. all the features i was so excited about. the capacity is great. fits 3 kingsized pillows no problem! but my issue with it, is the lid. i washed 3 loads so far. the 1st. there was water on the outside of the machine & the floor. can't observe, it's riddled with water and fog, & too hot to touch. it's getting noisy. 3rd, less water on the floor+drops on the side. lift the lid waters leaks out. is the lid defective? because i read the manufacturers description about the lid. and yes it glides slow to lower, but pressure must be applied to close; hence slam noise! i have to wipe it down and let it air dry. absolutely sad. the release jams. huge consumer who owns 80% of my items from them. returning it is still an option. sticking with your tvs & phones

                                      I have been unhappy with this washing machine since the day we bought it but was giving it a chance to redeem itself. It damages my pants because and long-sleeve shirts because it tangles them all up while “washing” and when I “wash” my comforter there is hardly any water in there! Don’t waste your money, this is too expensive for what it can do and my clothes always end up tangled up into one giant ball of clothes, my bedsheets end up stretched out or balled up which means they are not getting cleaned correctly. I should be able to decide how much water I want to use to C L E A N my clothes.

                                      . The water level may appear to be too low, but this is normal. Samsung front loader washers use approximately 13 gallons of water per cycle and the top loaders use up to 28 gallons per cycle. Samsung washing machines use such small amounts of water pushing water through the laundry, instead of pushing the laundry through the water.

                                          DON'T BUY IT.
                                          I regret of buying this. Store lady said she wouldn't recommend Samsung washers but I really wanted sink in feature so I bought it... But I'm having a problem with this washer. Washing cycles stopped in middle of washing, keep adding water again and again or soaking wet after done sometimes. It's very frustrating and customer service is useless.

                                            Great washer, quiet and holds a lot. I love that I can add things after it started. The pretreatment tray is bulky and kind of gets in the way of loading the detergent, but our laundry area doesn't allow the lid to fully extend, which is part of the problem. It plays a nice little song when it's done. I would recommend, but I dont think the pretreatment tray is necessary

                                            I bought the washer and dryer pair. I have had them for about 2 weeks and I LOVE THEM! They wash the clothes very good and have a lot of space! The only downfalls are the amount of time it takes to wash. And that i can berly reach the bottom to get the clothes out but that's no big deal, rather use a step stool and keep the space. But overall I love them! Would recommend them 100%
