When we moved into a new house several years ago we were not happy that it had an electric stove. About a month ago we finally decided to upgrade the range. We chose the Smart slide in induction range for the added features of the boost and air fry. So far we are very pleased with our purchase and the induction stove top makes a huge difference when cooking. Much faster and efficient. I will say beware getting to close to the oven dials if you have the oven on and are cooking on the stove top. I kept bumping it with my abdomen and turning off the oven well cooking. More frustrated with myself than the range! I did received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

We just received the delivery a week ago today. So far my wife is loving it. WiFi functions could use some improvement, but it's usable. Looking forward to many years of use. We were compensated for this review (free cookware). Hoping to receive it in 12-weeks.

We've had our range for about three weeks now and haven't fully explored all the features. What we like so far: the extremely powerful main burner, the visual feedback on range controls and operation, easy cleaning, overall design attractiveness and the many advantages of induction over radiant electric heating, documented here and elsewhere. The buzzing others have mentioned is slight and, actually, my wife and I find it a good auditory reminder that a burner is on. Some have said the oven is small but seems more than ample to us. We do recommend purchasing some silicone pads for the burners as protection against scratching the glass on the cooktop. They're widely available and cheap insurance. Two month old range. The night before preparing Thanksgiving dinner there was a very large pop and flash from the burner area. It is now completely dead.

Beware of what you ask for. I replaced a coil burner range that came with the house. Previously I had a dual fuel gas/electric with grill and double oven. Induction and air frying are a new world. The manual is full of mfg warnings and very little on actually operating this range. Better instructions came with my coffee grinder. There is a separate booklet to connect your range to voice smart home units. You must download the smartthings app. If you manage to connect your range to smartthings and then to Alexa or similar, you will learn that only the oven can be turned on and off remotely. The cooktop is only monitored meaning that you can see if you left a burner on from the grocery store but you still need a neighbor to go shut it off for you. To use voice both the WiFi and remote icons need to be on. I am still arguing with the oven via Alexa over conventional vs convection settings. My beloved set of pots and pans were magnetic but not magnetic enough. If you do not have induction rated pots and pans plan on getting a new set including a teapot if you are old school. The burner sensors think size matters. Match new pot bottom size to burners before you buy. The cooktop surface is slick. Rethink your one-handed stirring habit. Pots and frypans move like hockey pucks on wet ice, setting off the stove sensor if you get far out of position. Induction cooking is fast and responsive, like gas. The oven doesn’t have excessive hotspots. I like the knob indicator lights and after more guesswork on how to operate the rest of the features, I will truly enjoy this purchase. I will be attempting to air fry something this weekend. Wish me luck!

I've been waiting for my oven to quit so I could finally buy this one. Air fry, induction, convection- this thing has it all. The range was great, until it wasn't. Less than a year after we bought it, it broke (just wouldn't power on at all). It is still under warranty, but after two visits from the repair technician it's still broken. It's been three weeks and now we are without an oven for Thanksgiving - and the process for coordinating repair has been EXTREMELY frustrating. At this price point we were hoping for a quality range that lasted for many years, but it appears this isn't it.

I love the instant heating from the induction top. It heats way faster and better than my previous electric one. It’s even better than my gas stove that I loved at my old house. The placement of the range burner knobs is counterintuitive. That’s the only reason I didn’t rate this five star. Everything else is great so far. I’ll update this if things change. VERY quick heating, less noise than expected, works better with mis-matched pot/burner size then anticipated. Feel like burner positions make it tricky to make good use of all four at the same time. Oven takes more than 1hr (as suggested) to burn off initial smell, but does get better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] apparently i have to disclose that “i received compensation for this review but the review is my own” to get some induction cookware, but it's an honest 5 stars. lawyers, man... i bought it because i moved to a place with no city gas service and going to a resistive electric cooktop was a severe downgrade even for a novice chef wannabe like myself. this thing is like magic compared to electric resistive and responds quicker than gas, without the stank and combustion byproducts. and it looks pretty. oh, and i can monitor it from an app without having to actually get off the sofa.

We loved this stove for about ten months until it suddenly shot a shock into the air and stopped working. Samsung has done everything they can to get out of the warranty claim. We’ve been without a stove for three weeks now, and had to purchase another one because after countless hours on the phone with support we are still left wondering why they won’t help.

Great range. Only issue is pairing feature with microwave appears limited to turning on hood vent rather than vent and light as website claimed.

This oven fits perfectly in our space. We installed a new outlet to align with the range. Now it fits. Since there is a gap on the sides, we ordered the trim kit to fill in the gap. The range turns on perfectly. We look forward to receiving a pot to test the performance.

Beautiful, easy to clean, and so many features! Love the illuminated knobs and virtual flame! Another reason we got this induction stove was for the safety features. We really appreciate the illuminated knobs so it's super obvious the stove is on. i bought this to replace a gas stove due to environmental concerns. i was hesitant to go electric and researched induction ranges. it has exceeded my expectations! the temperature adjustments are instant. the glass top is easy to keep clean as long as you wipe up spills when they occur and food does not burn onto it because it does not get very hot. i am very happy with my purchase and i don't miss my gas range at all. highly recommend.
