Was difficult to level, the feet are very large .

When I ordered the range online I didn't see anything about NG or LP . When I got the range it was set up for NG . It took me 2 Hours to covert it to LP . I think I should be compensated for this amount of labor , the same as an installer would have bin payed . I would like some one to email me about this .Now that it is installed it works great . My wife really likes the all stainless top .

Works well, but has design/quality issues
I bought this stove 5 years ago and have had issues with the quality. First, the touch control panel is not heat-proof, which is a serious design flaw (but presumably reduces cost). It's made with soft plastic, so it will melt/warp if you leave anything near the back of the stovetop while the oven is on. Recently a section of the display has failed. Second, the oven igniter failed after ~3 years. Fortunately I got a non-OEM part and managed to replace it myself, otherwise it would have cost me at least $400 to fix. Anyway, it works fine for the most part but they definitely cut corners on the build.

Manual clarity !!!

But I did not give a five star rating because of the following -
The manual is very sketchy about how to connect the range to the internet app. Apparently one has to work through stages to set up the range and then link it to my app. But I wish they had modified the manual for step by step. Fortunately I am sort of digitally proficient and managed it. But a common man will struggle due to sketchy manual.

Excellent Purchase

Smart Free-Standing Range

Replacement oven for defective unit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this stove for almost 8 months to replace the previous stove that was the same that wouldn’t keep temp. Unfortunately we are have had the same issue with this stove. I think it must be a design flaw letting out too much heat. If I’m cooking anything that takes more than 15/20 min to bake I have to continuously preheat the over to maintain temp. It steadily drops 50+ degrees as it’s used. Getting the previous oven fixed and replaced was such a hassle. I don’t really want to waste a month going through it again. I would not recommend.

There are 4 radio buttons (Oven does not cook well, Oven does not heat, Oven takes a long time to reach set temperature, Oven temperature does not match thermometer). We recommend following the steps in the first and 3rd radio buttons.

Get the insurance you will need it
After a year of having it, the clock started acting up. I can’t see the time and it beeps all night long I have to unplug it. I called Samsung but since I bought it over a year I have to pay out of pocket they wanted to charge me $420. I will never buy Samsung appliances again. If you’re looking to buy Samsung appliances get the insurance

Just OK
Like the continuous grates and convection options and overall look, disappointed by air fryer performance, impractical center burner and difficult to keep clean porcelain stove top. Also lower drawer storage space extremely limited. Wait for good sale, not worth full price.

Great Features

It is everything I wanted in a Gas Range and more. The air fryer is one of my regularly used features.

Samsung smart 6.0 free standing range

Nice Addition

Beautiful looking range
