Cheaply made
Ive only had it gor 2 weeks. The functionality is good. It seems very cheaply made. The under carrage is plastic and the metal is very flimsy. Have to be very careful not to break it

The Samsung Dryer would have gotten 5 stars if they...
The Samsung Dryer would have gotten 5 stars if they would have included a 4ft hose for the steam sanitize. Sorry, but a 1 ft hose is not going to cut it for most people. The Samsung Dyer does an excellent job at drying clothes. The steam sanitize function I believe is the best. It drys clothes so quickly it has me scratching my head on how it does this with steam. I was able to dry my fall coat in under 40 minutes.

Great but missing steam hose
I paid for the parts so that the steam function could be used. I realized after about a week when I went to use the steam cycle they never installed the hose and only left me the Y shaped part (so I have to buy another hose since they took the original one). Great dryer otherwise but upset I paid for a part and didn’t even get it installed

Fast Drying
i love my dryer. it has many drying options to choose from and dries fast without having to use a high temperature. i would recommend.
