The first dryer they brought out didn’t dry my clothes so I called and they sent out a technician and he said it was a faulty dryer, so they sent another one out a week later when it didn’t dry my clothes I checked it out myself and they didn’t replace the vent pipe, so I took it off myself and sure enough it was clogged. Don’t know why the charge for installation when all they do is plug it in. There probably wasn’t anything wrong other the first one.

Had an old dryer in my basement for the last 12 years and never had this issue that I’m having with this new dryer - causes ALOT of humidity in the basement. So much so our windows fog up even when it’s 85 degrees outside.

Takes multiple cycles to dry clothes
With all the settings and cycles on the gas dryer, you would think it would actually … dry my clothes? I don’t overfill the dryer, but it really takes hours to actually dry my clothes.

We want our customers to have the best drying experience.
If your dryer is heating, but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. And if your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty.

What started out as a great experience with Home Depot totally fell off the mark. NO follow-up for install or communication after dozens of calls messages. Nice delivery guys, but Home Depot really makes them look bad. Never again.

Total Junk
I bought this dryer less than a year ago. HomeDepot outsources delivery and installation, but cannot be bother to tell you they won't install gas. So, this sat for weeks while I tried to find a technician who would install it. It worked ok after that and then totally died a few weeks ago. Samsung will not honor their warranty. Samsung makes good electronics, these appliances are junk. Spend a little more to get quality and proper service from your local appliance store and forget the big box cheapo's.

This dryer sucks
It doesn’t even dry a small load! Every time I have to run twice or even 3 times to dry a regular load. I regret so much for buying this dryer. I wanted to return it but it was already over 2 days that Home Depot won’t accept。 suck ! I hate it!

Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please check these links for details.
