Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving our new Samsung induction range. It looks amazing and is actually pretty easy to use once you get used to the all digital buttons. The stovetop is super fast and with the boost it's a game changer. The inside works really well and even baked evenly. We are so happy that we went with this upgrade for our kitchen. The app is very user friendly and easy to connect, you can get notifications when it's preheated etc. makes life much easier. The top is scratch resistant glass and so far looks amazing , we were hesitant to get an induction as we heard that they scratch easily , so far this doesn't have that problem. Its fans are very quiet and the noise cancelation makes a very big difference compared to our old range. I love that it has 2 options for self clean.

    Wonderful range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range about 1 month ago when our old one died. We had been looking for awhile comparing brands and features. This by far was the winner. Cooks evenly, cleans beautifully and cools quick.

      First Induction range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this range to replace a glass cooktop range. Below is a list of pros and cons. Pros: induction cooktop is lightning fast. Cooktop surface is easy to clean. Oven has multiple settings to include air fry (untested). Controls are somewhat intuitive. Cons: Touchpad controls are finicky, easy to turn off but takes a few seconds to turn on. You need special pots and pans for an induction range. If you like to flip what you cook the induction cook top is frustrating and turns off if you take too long. Overall, this range is a good buy, however, there is an adjustment period if this is your first induction range.

        Looks great, room for improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven looks great and heats up very quickly. However, some of the touch sensitive buttons are a little slow to respond.

          Great upgrade for us
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our Bespoke induction and convection range a couple months. It’s got some great features. Induction cooking is much better than a glass cooktop as you have precise control over the heat. Our new heavy stainless pots heat evenly and quickly. We really like the matte finish glass top as it cleans easily and still looks new. Our older large fry pans don’t heat as much to the edges as the circles on the cooktop would lead you to believe. The griddle feature works well. The controls take some learning but are quick to use with some practice. The oven is big and heats evenly and precisely. Haven’t used the air fryer yet as we have a small one, too. The large capacity range fit well into our standard space with its compact design. We found the drawer under the oven to be larger than most in usable space which was great for cookie sheets and the air fryer parts. We replaced a range with a back vertical control panel so we added a backsplash which looks nice.

            Induction is great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a 20+ year old electric range/oven that was great but the front glass cracked and needed to be replaced quickly. Had glanced at induction over the years, but thought the price premium was significant. I was surprised to find this model so reasonably priced with all the features that I needed (including Self clean, Sabbath mode, convection and air fryer). WiFi connection is a nice feature but really only helps with the oven. The stovetop functions are not controllable and only send notifications. Cooking with induction is amazingly responsive like using gas (a nice change after so many years of an electric cooktop). Hitting the Boost function with a pot of water on the burner is a sight to see. Buying a new set of pots to make sure they all worked with the induction was a minor expense, but no budget breaker. So far quite satisfied.

Difficult to read and operate controls
Good things: oven large, cooks almost evenly (hotter in back), cook top quiet, works well Bad things: 1) Controls not backlit, almost impossible to read in normal lighting conditions 2) Controls highly multiplexed, consequently complex to operate, particularly when using all burners 3) Manual cryptic in many places, incomplete description of features and how they wire 4) Burners have only 10 power levels, insufficient for delicate tasks (chocolate, some sauces) - though the range of power levels is good 5) No way to keep clock display on

Response from Samsung CareJun 28, 2024
Hi Bill, Dealing with complex controls and inadequate manuals can be frustrating. We are here to help out. Here are some suggestions for addressing or mitigating each problem: 1. Controls not backlit, difficult to read: Unfortunately, if the controls are not backlit, this can be challenging in low-light conditions. One workaround could be to improve the ambient lighting in your kitchen. Adding under-cabinet lighting might help illuminate the controls better. 2. Complex controls due to multiplexing: Since the controls are multiplexed and complex, it might help to spend some time familiarizing yourself thoroughly with the user manual. I have shared this model's user manual below. Pages 22 - 30 for operating the cooktop while pages 31 - 44 for the oven. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202405/20240503163023654/01._IB_FULL_NE9100D_NSI6DB9300_EN.pdf 3. Limited power levels on burners: Having only 10 power levels can indeed be restrictive for delicate tasks. To compensate, consider using a heat diffuser or simmer ring for very low-heat tasks like melting chocolate or simmering sauces. These accessories can help distribute heat more evenly and prevent scorching. 4. Clock/timer display turning off: Your range has a screen saver feature and by default, it is turned on. To set the screen save please turn to pages 41 - 42 of the user manual. Should you need more assistance, please feel free to get back to us via the following options: 1. Induction is a great upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are slowly converting our kitchen over to new smart appliances after getting our big 32CU foot Samsung refrigerator that we really love we decided to add a new range which was desperately needed as our old unit had been around 12+ years. The main thing that excited us about this oven is the induction cooking top and the air fryer feature. We use the air fryer feature every single day almost and it's cut down on the amount of oil we're using and consuming. The range can be controlled from the Samsung SmartThings app which is easy to use and compliments our other Samsung products (phones, tvs, fridge, etc) The non scratching cooking surface seems really durable. I highly recommend this range. You won't be disappointed.

Good product, some minor nit picks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had excellent results with our bespoke stove and oven. There is a high pitch sound when using the induction stove that is difficult to ignore. The textured glass top is very easy to clean compared to a smooth glass surface. The glass surface on the button control panels smudges very easily. We have enjoyed the smart app control to turn on/off the oven and other features on the app. Overall the product is good, just some minor nit picks of the oven.

                    Game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Range NSI6DB990012AA has completely transformed my kitchen experience. It's packed with features that make cooking not only easier but also a lot more fun. Key Features and Performance Air-Fry, Dehydrate, and Proof Bread: One of the coolest aspects of this range is its versatility. The air-fry function allows you to make crispy, delicious fried foods with much less oil. The dehydrate feature is perfect for making dried fruits and jerky at home. Plus, the proofing mode is a game-changer for baking bread, providing the perfect environment for dough to rise. Induction Hob: The induction hob is truly impressive. It heats up incredibly fast—boiling water in less than two minutes, which is almost unbelievable. This quick heating saves time and energy. The precise temperature control is perfect for everything from simmering sauces to searing steaks. SmartThings App Integration: The SmartThings app integration is a lifesaver. It lets me know if the stove or oven has been left on, which is great since my husband tends to forget to turn them off. Being able to monitor and control the range remotely adds an extra layer of convenience and safety. Durable and Easy-to-Clean Hob Top: The hob top is made from a unique material that resists scratches and is super easy to clean. Spills wipe away effortlessly, keeping the range looking sleek and new. Its durability ensures it will look great for years to come. Design and Aesthetics The Samsung Bespoke Range doesn’t just perform well; it looks amazing too. Its sleek, modern design can be customized to match any kitchen décor. It adds a sophisticated touch to my kitchen and impresses everyone who sees it. Conclusion Overall, the Samsung Bespoke Range NSI6DB990012AA is an outstanding appliance. Its versatile cooking functions, rapid induction hob, smart connectivity, and easy-to-clean surfaces make it a joy to use. Whether you're an experienced cook or just love spending time in the kitchen, this range will enhance your cooking experience. Highly recommended!

                      Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this range for about a week and so far so good! The things I love about this range: - I love its modern sleek design. It fits perfectly into my style. The stainless steel matches my kitchen perfectly. - boil time, I am really impressed by how fast it can boil water. I timed it with a large pot of water and it was boiling within 5 minutes. -the options, between airfry and dehydrate options I can get rid of several other appliances -The app. To be honest, I am not really an app person and I did not think I would enjoy the Smart things app but I think it’s really cool feature. I like that you don’t need it to run the range but you can use it if you want. It is cool that I can turn it on with the app and that it gives me alert for things like being done preheating. -safety! Having two children I love that the induction design won’t get hot without a pan on top. Things I would change: Not much. I have found that the oils from your fingers really shows where the buttons have been pressed. I have also noticed that the buttons have a bit of a lag time when using them. However, those things are minor. Overall, I love the range and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new one. I have never had an induction stove top before and now I never want to go back!

                        Pretty impressive!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't exactly planning on a new stove, but I have to say I'm pretty glad I got this one! It definitely takes a while to get used to... I'm still fighting the urge to preheat a skillet while I'm prepping ingredients! There's a bit of a learning curve in that respect, because it throws your timing off a lot. I wouldn't consider that a negative thing though, because once you get used it it, it's amazing to have your pots heat so instantly! Before it came, I got a heads up from a friend about the sound... It's definitely a little noisy while it heats. Again, not a negative, but I'm glad I expected it so I knew it was normal. The air fryer function is great, and although it takes a little longer than my small countertop air fryer, the ability to air fry large trays of veggies or fries is pretty great! My only "gripes" are so minimal they're not even worth docking a star for: The handle is solid so there's nowhere to hang a towel (who the heck chose that design lol?). And the glass touch screen shows EVERY fingerprint and is hard to clean. That would probably bug my mother a whole lot more than it bugs me. All in all, I'm really pleased with this stove and would recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the best range I have ever owned. Not only is it a beautiful range, it makes cooking simple. The air fryer function and convection oven make this a multi-functional tool. The cook top works flawlessly not only is it easy to clean, but the ease of cooking is great. It makes working with multiple pots and pans at the same time simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this Induction range. It has all the features I need and then some. The Induction cooktop took a little while to get used to but once I did, I wouldn't go back to a standard electric cooktop, I even prefer it to a gas cooktop. It cooks way faster and once you turn it down or off, it reacts immediately. The option to either use the standard or convection baking is a wonderful feature and I love the hugh air fryer. The self cleaning option surely helps me keep the oven sparkling without having to hand scrub. The Smart App is also a great feature, making preheating available prior to getting home. Not having knobs or back helps to make it a sleek and beautiful appliance. It's a beautiful appliance, not having knobs or a back helps to make it a sleek and modern looking range. I highly recommend getting this range.

Samsung brings high tech to your kitchen!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've begun using the Samsung bespoke induction range and is it ever unique!! It has a matte black finish which is scratch resistant which I love. It also looks very modern and unique. It has two burners that can heat up together for a large pan. The stove heats up so quickly and water comes to a boil in less than a minute. The controls are high tech and digital...no knobs or buttons to get food caught under. The stove is innovative and responsive. The stainless steel is great and matches our kitchen. The oven has a large air fryer which is amazing and helps make crispy foods a bit healthier. It has a convection bake and noise control which cooks quietly and quickly. The range can be added to your smart things app which I already have for my Samsung bespoke refrigerator. The app is amazing because you can control your appliances right from the app. It gives tips, tricks, shortcuts and gives you the freedom to do other things while you cook and still monitor your food and appliances. I really like that my appliances look modern and sleek but more importantly make life easier with the cutting edge technology Samsung is known for. I did have to buy new pots and pans compatible with induction cooking but I needed them anyway. I recommend the Samsung bespoke induction range if you want to use high technology to simplify your cooking and add versatile cooking methods.

I'm a new fan of Induction Cooking!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Transitioning to the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range was a culinary game-changer for me and my family, especially as first-time users of an induction stove. This sleek, stainless-steel model not only adds a modern aesthetic to our kitchen but also offers innovative features that have truly enhanced my cooking experience – not to mention the fact that it matches our stainless steel refrigerator! As someone new to induction cooking, I was amazed by the speed and precision of this stove. The anti-scratch glass cooktop not only looks stylish but also provides a durable surface for all our culinary adventures. The induction technology heats up quickly and evenly, allowing me to achieve perfect results with every dish. Plus, the Air Fry feature adds a healthy twist to my favorite recipes, producing crispy, delicious meals without the need for excess oil. One of the standout features of this range is its smart capabilities. The ability to control and monitor the stove remotely via my smartphone has been incredibly convenient, allowing me to multitask in the kitchen or adjust settings from anywhere in the house…total culinary gamechanger! While I haven't encountered any major issues with this stove, I've deducted one star due to a slight learning curve associated with induction cooking and simple things like NOT having current time on a persistent display. However, with a bit of practice, I quickly adapted and now appreciate the efficiency and precision it offers. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range. It's transformed the way we cook, offering versatility, convenience, and superior performance.

                                  Amazing addition to my kitchen!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This induction range looks gorgeous in my kitchen. The cooktop is a sleek matte finish, instead of the usual shiny cooktop most ranges come with. Besides looking amazing, it has resisted scratches so far and is very easy to clean. I use a damp microfiber cloth to wipe up any spills. Since the cooktop only gets hot directly under the pan, none of my spills get baked on. The panel has touch controls and no knobs, further contributing to the range's minimalistic look. The controls are intuitive and I was able to start using the range without having to read the manual first. I like that the panel is on the top and not on the side of the range, making it hard to accidentally turn it on. Also, induction cooktops do not get hot unless there is an induction ready pan on a burner. With small kids in the house, that is something I really appreciate. As a first time induction user, there was a slight learning curve. One thing I had to get used to was how fast the cooktop heated up. I was used to waiting for pans to heat up but it happens within seconds now. Raising and lowering the temperature also happens very quickly. I love how I am able to fine tune the temperature of my pan so easily. The oven is spacious and accommodates large baking sheets. Food cooks evenly and quickly with the convection feature. I also love the air frying feature and how crispy it gets my food. Overall, this Samsung induction range has been an excellent addition to my kitchen. Cooking for my family is faster and more enjoyable now. This range has made me rediscover my love of cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After recently upgrading our kitchen to include the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range, I couldn't be more delighted with the results. As a first-time user of an induction stove, I was initially apprehensive, but this range has completely won me over. The sleek stainless-steel design with the anti-scratch glass cooktop adds a touch of sophistication to my kitchen. And let me tell you, the induction technology is a game-changer! The speed and precision with which it heats up are truly impressive. I've never experienced such even cooking before. Plus, the Air Fry feature is an absolute game-changer, delivering crispy, delicious results without the guilt of deep frying…I’m planning on getting rid of my old Air Fryers to gain my countertop real estate. Now, onto the pots. I will admit I didn’t fully measure the impact of converting to induction cooking. Yes, I did have to replace some of my old cookware to accommodate the induction technology, it was well worth it and I’m glad we were forced to upgrade. While there was a bit of a learning curve initially, I quickly adapted to the nuances of induction cooking and haven't looked back since. I deducted one star from my rating simply because of the need to replace cookware, but honestly, it's a small price to pay for the incredible benefits this range offers.

                                      Sleek look, awesome cooking experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switching to the Samsung induction range has completely transformed my cooking routine. As a first-time induction user, I found there was a bit of a learning curve, but the rapid heating quickly won me over. It's incredibly efficient and heats up much faster than my old conventional stove. I can't see myself going back. The oven is spacious, accommodating all my baking and roasting needs effortlessly. While the storage compartment is slightly smaller than what I'm used to, the extra oven space is a worthwhile trade-off. I particularly love the air frying capabilities built into the oven. It’s so convenient to make healthier, crispy meals without needing a separate appliance. Another feature I didn’t expect to use as much is the dough proofing function. As someone who enjoys baking bread occasionally, this has been a pleasant surprise. It creates the perfect environment for dough to rise, making my baking results more consistent. The matte top is a standout feature for me. It's far easier to keep clean than traditional smooth glass tops, resisting stains and smudges much better. This alone has simplified my kitchen cleanup routine considerably. The stainless steel exterior is also impressive, resisting fingerprints and keeping its sleek look with minimal effort. The slide-in design with front controls gives the range a high-end, modern look that enhances my kitchen’s overall aesthetic. The oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly, ensuring that my meals are perfectly prepared every time. Overall, the Samsung induction range has exceeded my expectations. With its air frying and dough proofing features, it combines functionality and style in a way that has truly elevated my cooking experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've recently upgraded to the Samsung induction range, and it's been a game-changer in my kitchen. This is my first experience with induction cooking, and while there was a bit of a learning curve, I'm incredibly impressed with how quickly it heats up. It significantly outperforms conventional stoves, and I can't imagine going back. One of the standout features is the spacious oven. It accommodates all my baking needs effortlessly, though it does come with a reduced storage compartment. However, this trade-off is absolutely worth it for the added cooking space. The matte top is another highlight. Unlike traditional smooth glass tops, it’s remarkably easy to keep clean, resisting stains and smudges much better. This feature alone has simplified my kitchen cleanup routine considerably. The stainless steel exterior is not only sleek but also practical. It resists fingerprints, maintaining its clean look with minimal effort. The slide-in design, with controls positioned at the front, enhances the overall aesthetic, giving it a high-end feel that I love. Additionally, the oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly, ensuring that my meals are perfectly prepared every time. Overall, the Samsung induction range has exceeded my expectations, combining functionality with style in a way that truly elevates my cooking experience.

                                          Amazing product with great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first induction stove and it is taking some time to get used to. The Samsung NSI6DG9300SRAA is a wonderful product. The overall look of the Samsung oven is very sleek. With the textured glass, and stainless steel finish. The textured glass finish is easily to clean and helps prevent scratches on the surface when using it. The two different types of glass on the top gives it a nice presentation of the stove top. The glass touch buttons will take a moment to startup but that’s just something that’s different for me. The glass buttons do show every fingerprint on it so I find myself wiping it down after each use. Its ability to quickly become hot enough to sauté veggies and other items makes this a winner in my book. It only took a couple of minutes to boil water to make my jasmine rice. The boost option comes in handy for boiling larger pots of water. The oven is extremely spacious and the temperature is spot on according to the display. The ability to switch between being an oven, convection oven, air fryer, and a couple other options will be handy over time. This oven makes me want to cook more due to how accurate the temp is and how quickly it gets hot. Again it is taking me some time to get used to this due to how quickly it heats up. In the long run this is a great product but if your like me and this is your first induction range it will take some time to get used to, but so long as you put in the effort and utilize every feature involving the range it’s well worth the investment. With its sleek look and time saving features it’s a solid product in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start with the obvious, The Samsung Bespoke Induction/Convection Range is gorgeous and would look amazing in any kitchen. Of course a range needs to be more than just a pretty face and spoiler alert, this range delivers! I love to cook but lets face it cooking is a commitment! It takes time and effort to produce something everyone will enjoy. You may have heard the saying "you need the right tool for the job" and that's where this range comes in. Set up was a breeze with the SmartThings app. You download the app, add the range (easy) and once it's added the time is automatically updated on the range. The convenience doesn't stop there with this app. You can preheat your oven remotely, adjust the temperature and much more from the comfort of your couch (or anywhere else you are at). One feature I love is if you set the timer on the range you will receive an alert from the app when the timer has reached the end, you don't have to be within earshot of the range's super cute alerts to know when it's time. Speaking of time, you can bring a cold pot of water to a boil in 4 minutes and the oven preheats fast! Cooking just got a little quicker (and a whole lot more fun!). Time isn't everything though, the quality/consistency of the cooking experience is what delivers the wow in whatever you are cooking and once again this range steps up and knocks it out of the park. If you are new to induction cooking you first need induction ready pans (super important) but it is very much worth the investment. Not only does it bring the pan up to heat quickly (basically instantly) but it also allows you to very quickly and precisely make adjustments to the temperature, which helps to avoid burning. A typical glass cooktop takes a long time to heat up but more importantly it takes a long time to cool down.. Speaking of glass cooktops this one is scratch resistant and so easy to clean. No more baked on food (because it doesn't get hot, the pan does). Making cleanup a breeze! I have used the air fryer function and though I had to add a little more time than the recipe called for, the food came out perfectly crispy and evenly cooked. I now have a huge air fryer in my kitchen! Finally, though I've not yet used the convection function, I have used the oven and preheat was quick and food cooked within the time listed in the recipe. I am positive it'll work perfectly for baking. If you're in the market for a new range, buy it!

                                              Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this induction/convection range for a week now and I am very impressed. Not only is it beautiful, easy to clean, but highly efficient as well. There is a downloadable app that allows you to remotely preheat, adjust the temperature, and receive alerts to the status on your cooking/baking. The induction cooking speeds up your cooking time, which I love. With the air fryer function and convection baking that this range allows me to do, I definitely see myself eating in a whole lot more and enjoying it. Finally I have to say that I very much appreciate that you cannot accidentally turn on the range. A series of controls have to be set to turn it on. I was always accidentally turning on my previous range. With this safety function I won't have to worry about this anymore.

                                                Samsung Bespoke just keeps innovating!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Induction Range with air fry is aa very unique stove. It is very high tech and definitely not just another stove. It has a matte finish that is 54% more scratch resistant which I really appreciate. It will keep my stove looking newer and cleaner for longer. At first sight it seemed like it would scratch easier but it doesn't. The burners are convenient. Two of the burners can be used at once for a very large pot which is great when meal prepping, holiday cooking, etc. The oven has convection bake and air fry so there is no need for smaller countertop appliances. The Samsung Induction range does it all. It also self cleans which is helpful. Now, for the induction part. I did have to buy new pans because I did not have any compatible with an induction stove BUT it was well worth it!! The induction feature heats your pan up within seconds. Its actually really impressive. It took me a few practice tries to learn to cook with the induction because your food cooks faster and you do not have to use high heat. As far as appearance this looks like a high quality stove, very modern, very high tech. I find Samsung to be very innovative but the Bespoke line is high tech, innovative, has many features to help the user and is also esthetically pleasing to enhance the look of your home. I really think the induction stove is a different and new way to cook that you will find very appealing. All of my appliances are Samsung and the smart things app is great!! I can control all my appliances from my cell phone!! I love that the smart things app helps me run my home more efficiently.

                                                  An Amazing Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has everything that I ever wanted in an Oven/Cooktop and more. It is beautiful, sleek and easy to use. Having no knobs, takes a little trial and error, but once figured out, it makes the look and feel much better. I love having the large air fryer included in my oven so that I can now eliminate my countertop appliance. My favorite features is the option to use the convection bake mode, which provides even and faster baking/roasting....all sections of the large oven, bake the same with no hot spots. The cooktop heats up real fast and when lowering or stopping the cooking, it's immediate, helping to prevent burning and boil overs. I definitely recommend this range.

AWESOME Durable Cooktop with Lots of Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I received compensation for this review but the review is my own." I found myself in need of a new range when my older one failed recently; I spent a lot of time researching multiple brands and models with several features in mind - quality of build, available options, cooking performance - and - very important to me - a cooktop that wouldn't look scratched up within the first couple of days of use. I found this last feature to be very hard to find; review after review after review for nearly every product I researched mentioned the user's disappointment with the look of the cooktop after a short time of regular use, even when the user took care - no one was happy to invest their money into a new stove that looked used within days of buying it. But then I found it - the Bespoke Smart Slide-in Convection Range in Stainless Steel Finish with Air Fryer and **Anti-Scratch cooktop**! This range is gorgeous, and the cooktop material is unlike anything I have seen before - kind of a black mat finish, unlike the typical shiny ceramic glass cooktop that most ranges have. You can tell right away that this cooktop is different - it just looks & feels more durable, and I am estatic to report that it is! While we have not had this range very long - and have not had a bad burnt-on type of spill yet - any mess wipes up easily with just a damp cloth, and looks perfectly untouched after using Ceramabryte on it. The design and materials of the rest of the stove are also very nice; it looks minimalistic but yet stylish, especially paired with a matching Bespoke microwave over it. It is loaded with features; we are still learning how to access and use them all, which has been a little challenging due to the fact that the online user manual on the Samsung website was initially unavailable when we first installed it. There is a specific order of selecting buttons to achieve certain non-basic functions, which seems a little overwhelming at first; this includes two sliding selection bars that are a bit touchy for a newby but is getting easier to use and remember with ongoing use. The touchpad is very nice; you place your finger on the button and leave it there for a second, rather than pushing it in for a response. This gives the impression that the touchpad buttons may last longer than the typical kind since it isn't being physically pushed in to activate the button. I will say that the button labels and icons are rather small; people with poor eyesight may struggle to see them due to glare from surrounding kitchen lights on the horizontal glass touchpad. The induction cooktop works quickly to boil water, and the convection oven has cooked evenly and within the time limits listed in the food's cooking instructions. We have set up the SmartThings app on our phones so that we can control cooking temps and timers, but have not had the occasion to use it for those purposes yet, nor have we had the range long enough to use the self-cleaning functions; accordingly, I will update my review within the next month or two after we have had the range long enough to check out all that it can do. All in all, we are very pleased with the features and the cooking results - and I LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing that new-looking cooktop every time I walk into my kitchen!

Do not buy, especially from Home Depot
Brand new unit, oven never even used, half of controls responsible for all basic functions and oven itself is dead - non-operational. Home Depot customer service right off the bat does not want to even hear about any manufacturing defects that didn’t reveal themselves within the 48hr window after delivery. You have a choice - be stuck with finagling with a stove with defective electronics, or just get a better quality model.

                                                        Best oven I have owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this oven a few months now and me and my wife agree this has been the best oven we have ever had. The induction is absolutely amazing and the convection oven is fantastic. Water boils in about 2 minutes and stove top cooking is insanely fast. There is almost no heat on the stove top aside from the pan you are using which is major trip but great for us having a few kids. The wifi function isn't something that was make or break for us at all but we have had more use of it than we originally expected and has been really useful. The oven portion cooks wonderfully fast and even and the air fry feature has been fantastic. The box also preheats far quicker than any oven we have owned so far. I know our expectations have been exceeded with this unit.

Oven takes 85 minutes to preheat to 350 degrees. Does not hold the temperature. Samsung repair company is awful and still waiting multiple weeks for repair.
