The dryer in theory is nice. However we came to find out the next day it was not working correctly. We contacted the delivery company and it took 2 weeks to send a technician. Finally they found out the motherboard in the unit is broken and they need to send another technician to come with a part to fix it. It's now been a month and we still have a dryer that does not function correctly. Very disappointed in the customer service. They never answer the calls and never return call from your message. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it looks nice and does still dry on certain settings but we can't get the full use of the dryer yet.

I adore Samsung's phones but their alliances leave much to be desired. The plastic drum is splitting at the seams while making a loud thumping sound when spinning. Pulled the unit forward and saw that I could fit my hand through the split. I'm unsure how companies can get away with manufacturing such god awful products while charging premium for them. Have bought Samsung since the first Note came out and I thought their appliances would be stellar. Guess not... Waiting on service for this 100+ clunker. I hope it's not a franking nightmare like the rest of these 1 Star ratings. Guess we'll see...

Wife wanted this dryer and so far loves it.

I ordered a washer and a dryer May 2nd and it arrived May 13. Not to bad of a waiting period. I was pleasantly surprised seeing that they were bigger than they looked in the picture. The delivery was fast, on time, and easy.

I love it!

I love this washer and dryer! They clean and dry clothes perfectly. No wrinkles! We have a small house and the only place to put a washer and dryer was in our sun room where we watch tv. They are SO quiet and the dryer doesn’t heat up the room at all. I had planned to put a room divider or screen around them but no need. They are beautiful. My favorite part is the little songs they play when the machines finish. Samsung knocked it out of the park. I’m so happy with this purchase.

I would have thought Samsung made a dryer that could stand up to some spilled laundry detergent. Samsung customer service says cosmetic issues not covered under warranty. I think its a defective finish, but I am not Samsung. It might be fingerprint resistant but I would rater have it laundry product resistant.

This dryer matches my washer which I had purchased about a year earlier, but it had very good reviews when I bought it and they were all true. The inside tub is very roomy and I like that it has the light inside the tub, so nothing stays behind. It's pretty user friendly (after reading the manual and I like the steam feature and the wrinkle free mode even more! The only thing is that for this feature the dryer has to be hooked up to the water line, which according to my husband was easy to do, but the hose that is included with the dryer is a very short hose. The water connectors are high up on the wall to the washer, so we had to go purchase a longer hose so that it would reach. I just thought it was shady on the manufacturer to send a tiny 1 foot hose with it because that would never reach ANY water connectors no matter where you have it. Other than that, it's very nice and works very well and very quiet compared to my old one. I purchased mine on sale so that was a good benefit too.

Quiet!! I didn’t buy for that reason but that is what I got. If it weren’t for the the low sound of chimes I would forget I was doing laundry. I’m sure my condominium neighbors are happy about it also. I am very happy with the size and the different options to get laundry done the right way. The only issue was fitting them in my laundry closet. The delivery guys were great and fit them in for me. I replaced my doors with the Barn yard type doors and it looks wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer 1 1/2 months ago. The size is perfect. It fits in the laundry area perfect. I only have to dry 1 time. The clothes comes out fluffy and nice. The touch controls are easy to use. The set up was easy. I dried 3 loads right away and was finished quick. I regretted purchasing the washer.. Samsung has GREAT products. I recommend this item a 100 times.

A very good dryer

Works great!

This dryer is fantastic! The interior drum is HUGE and there is an Interior Light. The door has a viewing panel and I find this very helpful, as it allows me to see and separate items, like sheets, from a tangled or balled up mess (before the cycle has finished) which prevents proper drying. This is the first time in my life I am using an Electric Dryer and it has only been 3 weeks with this NEW & IMPROVED DRYER! I'm still learning all the settings, but I keep the manual (all the instructions/explanations are very easy to understand) handy. It even has a STEAM/SANITIZE setting to help refresh clothes & bedding which helps reduce wrinkles and odors. (Very handy when outside airing is not feasible!) It feels like the appliance is from the space age, but it really has everything you need to make this chore much easier. (I think a person that sews or tailors clothes would be very happy to own this dryer!) It has so many options and is a big time saver - VERY QUIET, also. The large top is very nice for folding clothes. I purchased the matching washer, also, and would highly recommend the pair, if asked! GREAT PRODUCTS, so far.

I've only had the dryer a few weeks but it has performed superbly. It's quiet and the many setting for drying options has you covered for all your needs.

This dryer is great, plenty of space, sleek design, extremely quiet. The only thing that irks me is that the dryer I replaced could dry a load in about an hour. This dryer seems to need an hour and a half for the same size load and sometimes then it even needs a little extra time. I'm sure this is just because I haven't tweaked the settings appropriately yet. The old dryer had a lot less options for temp and fabric so I guess I just haven't found the sweet spot! Another tiny detail that drives me nuts is the slight incline on the top, making it awkward to sit anything there, it slides to the front edge. I don't have shelving built yet around this set so I sit my detergent and dryer sheets on top of the dryer for storage (washer is top load so can't sit anything there either, which is fine, just need to get those shelves built asap!) . Not going to take any stars away since my negative notes are just user error/personal preference. This dryer paired with its matching washer look badass in my laundry room when they are both running and the lights are off, so happy with our purchase, definitely recommend!

This dryer makes a lot of noise to say I just bought it, Also it stinks. I'm sorry I purchased this item.

It's not a terrible product to be honest, but I bought it as a set with matching washer and it has trouble drying. Now if I keep the washer loads to about half full usually it has no problem, but if I go over that at all I have to run two sometimes three cycles. Even when I turn the setting to the maximum dryness. Extremely disappointed in this product.

Easy to use

Love it! Everything smells so clean again!! Easy to clean out the lent and easy to use!

Purchase this dryer and also the matching washer two weeks ago, it was deliver to me and installed by home depot on May 21, 2020, I was so happy to be able to get this set, saved up enough to be able to purchased them becaue they are not cheap at all at least for me, because they are Samsung I thought they were going to be of superior quality oh boy was I wrong, I wash a load in the washer and everything was fine but when I put my clothes in the dryer, my clothes never dried, I checked the dryer and it was only blowing cool air, I’m talking about a brand new dryer that cost me close to a thousand dollars, I immediately called the samsung customer service number but they were closed, I had to wait til Tuesday to speak with someone, finally they said they were going to have someone call me to schedule a service appointment, today it has been a week since I had the dryer and I have yet to heard from someone to come and repair this “NEW” dryer. PLEASE be aware and don’t waste your money on a samsung dryer!!! So disapointed in this brand, I do NOT recomend this dryer and be cautious about any samsung product you buy their custumer service is not the greatest.

So, Home Depot installed all of our appliances and I had to investigate it after they were done. This dryer has water connected to it. It actually sanitizes clolthes and can remove wrinkles. I order online alot and clothes get packaged badly but this washer is a wrinkle virus and germ killer. A handy tool when you drive city buses. Would buy again and recommend

I'm very pleased with this dryer. It's quiet and has multiple settings for different types of loads programed for efficiency and energy conservation.
