Great quality and affordability

It takes a few tries to both align the filter and apply enough pressure to insert the filter properly. You can make a mess from leaking water if you don’t get it right. My biggest complaint is the “theft protected” packaging which is extremely difficult to remove without a box cutter. Clearly Samsung is more interested in pleasing the retailer than pleasing the consumer.

As always Home Depot has whatever we need, in stock whether it is brand name or their equivalent brand . Prices are always great & excellent customer service.

Great last a year or better

The filter is an okay product. My major issue is with the packaging and how hard it is to replace the filter in the fridge. First, the package. It is very difficult to open this plastic package. While trying to open it, the plastic burst apart and actually cut me in several locations (hand and face). Luckily, no major damage, just some minor cuts. A cardboard box would be a major upgrade. Second, it is very difficult to remove the old filter to replace it. It took me and my husband wrestling it and there is limited space to grip.

I have a Samsung 2 door 2 drawer refrigerator I can always find my filter at home depot so I don't have to order it easy process

Worked great no leaks. ( One of the two we ordered on line leaked) speaks volumes for purchasing at your local Home Depot Store.

Works great I change it every 4 months the ice comes out really good. Glad to have a filter.

this filter is not like the original, it only has one outside o-ring. the one that came with the refrigerator had two. but does not seem to matter. works ok and no leaks.

Filter works but with VERY SLOW stream from the start . Quite annoying and nothing like the filter that came with the fridge. Filter in use about a month.

Very simple product. Easy to install and replace in your Samsung refrigerator. As can be seen in the photo, it is very easy and self explanatory to install. I have confidence in the Samsung brand filters. I would definitely recommend!!

This filter is over priced! I installed the filter and ran 3+ gallons out and the water still had an after taste for a few days. The problem with the Samsung refrigerator if you put in some other after market replacement the water runs real slow. I do not know if it was a coincidence or not but my Ice maker quit working at the same time as putting in the replacement.

Refrigerator filter works great lasts for 6 months
