We bought this and the matching entire suite of appliances. 5 months later we have had to have dishwasher serviced, which did not fix it, and the gas range is now not working. We called Samsung on a Monday and are just being told on a Friday that some company will call us next week to schedule an appointment. All appliances will have issues but we have two fixes for dishwasher and now the gas range within 5 months, I will not buy Samsung again.

I love our new gas range - the flame is very powerful ! now you might think that's expected but we replaced another gas range with this one, and our previous range didn't have strong flame at all.. and it was even worse when I tried to use 2 burners at the same time. Flex Duo ins't like that ! power burner is no joke - very powerful: mind your eyebrows. The oven has a bit of a learning curve: for example it takes a bit longer to heat but it's definitely more even. Took me only 3 or so uses to adjust my temperatures and recipes - now it's perfect.

We have had this stove about 1 month. The burners heat quickly and the lights never let you forget what's on. The oven is easy to operate and is accurate. Just set the temp and time and it sends notifications to my phone when it's up to the set temperature. Another notification it's almost done and a time to eat notification when it's done and has turned the heat off. Glad we got this one.

I bought this oven in October because of the 2 oven capacity and storage drawer. The first time I used the upper oven @ 350 on bake I could smell something burning soon after and opened the oven to find the top of the casserole in flames. I shut off the oven and placed the casserole in the sink. When I turned the oven on again to check it - the high flame broiler setting was on while the panel was set at "bake @ 350". Believing this to be a malfunction I went to Home Depot the next day. They referred me to Samsung warranty division and they sent a rep out - who witnessed the broiler flame when set at 350 bake and said it was not a flaw. He told me I would hear from someone in a week but I never did. That being said - the stove top works fine and the oven - as one large single oven- works fine. The divider is stored in my cellar now - I only wish I had saved $800.00 and bought the single oven style because that is what I have ended up with.

Just this had this installed yesterday and it looks great! I love all the features and the very beautiful design. The 22,000 btu burner is awesome and the dual door with soft close is very practical. I also love the blue lit knobs which also let you know which burners are still on. The WiFi and associated app are fun too.

I gave 2 stars because the cooktop is amazingly good. I bought and had this oven installed in November of 2017. The stainless steel on the cooktop is easy to scratch and shows every crumb, but that is a minor problem. The real problem is the oven. This range has the most uneven heating I have ever experienced in any of the ranges I have had over many years. I have had Samsung repair out twice now - first time the thermostat was burned out so they replaced that. No improvement in the oven. Using a good quality oven thermometer, I found out just how uneven the heat is. When I set the top oven on convection at 450 degrees, instead of heating to 425 - which is normal for convection - it went to 460 and burned the food. When I turn on the bottom oven, to convection heat of 450, it chimed when it said it had reached 450. But the thermometer registered 300 degrees! It actually took 25 minutes to get the oven to 400 and it never went higher. I learned from one of the repair men that both ovens actually chime when the HEATING ELEMENT reaches the set temperature, Not the oven cavity! WHAT??????? That is insane. After the repair man saw all this he called the repair center and was informed that a it is acceptable in this oven for the temperature range to be off by anywhere from 25-45 degrees!!! And Samsung had no intention of doing anything about it. I called the Escalated Customer Support and a third repairman is being sent out. I am SOOOOO sorry I ever bought this range and I can't imagine ever buying from foreign-made Samsung again. The takeaway form this story is: NEVER, EVER BUY A SAMSUNG KITCHEN APPLIANCE!! THE QUALITY IS UNBELIEVABLY BAD and YOU WILL GET VERY LITTLE HELP FROM SAMSUNG!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM ANY SAMSUNG RANGE!

We bought this range in February 2017 after reading multiple reviews on all of the other brands including the higher end ones. We took a chance on purchasing this range because no one had this model in stock to look at it first. This range cooks like a dream and looks and feels like quality. Nothing looks cheap. I love the way I can split the oven and still have the same cubic feet. I really like being able to move a pan or pot from burner to burner without lifting them due to the 3 piece grills being level. Because it's a slidein range the larger spacing between the burners allows me to use larger pans and still have the burners centered. My husband likes the blue lights on the knobs so at a glance you know whether the burners are on. We were not intimidated by touch pad because range we had bought back in late 90's was first in the industry. It's actually pretty easy to learn. One word of advise is don't use the the self cleaning cycle the heat can possibly damage the electronics. I can only come up with 3 things I could that I wish it had. I wish the timer buzzer was louder, the burners had auto re-light for safety even though we haven't had them blow out yet, and I wish that the racks were rolllouts rather than dragging the racks out. These things are definitely NOT deal breakers by ANY stretch! The one thing I have to do is get a new smart phone that has the capability to link up with range.

Love this beauty. No complaints thus far. Burned the first two things I made in the Upper Cavity, but remembered all the reviews that said the same, so I removed the upper shelf and BINGO. Beautiful toast now. I love it each time I see it. I love it each time I boil water for coffee. It is true it displays every drop of water or spatter of grease. I keep the "end" of a roll of toilet paper nearby, wet it, and gently remove the marring spots. Smooth, easy, and actually fun. Use the Stainless spray for more diligent cleaning. The control panel has two timers which you can use for boiling eggs on top or cat naps in the next room (although your ears better be good - the beep is subtle, which I like). All in all, a beauty. I have not yet used the whole cavity or the center grill or set up the smart features. Love the blue lights. The slender drawer down below is a nice extra.

The touch pad on this oven has gone out 3 times in 1 year. The technician that keeps coming out says this model is prone to shorting out due to where the circuitry is located and it’s exposure to heat. Looks beautiful but a total pain.

The cooktop is excellent. The oven is horrible. According to a cheap oven thermometer we bought to troubleshoot the oven the temperature in the oven is 75 degrees different left to right even with convection turned on. The tops of foods burn even when on bake. After 7 calls to Samsung and sending us to repair centers across the country, we found no one in our state services Samsung gas appliances. I bought the extended warranty, but since the oven is 30 days old I am told I have to deal with Samsung. Samsung has now said twice they will refund our money, but we have not seen it. We have the black stainless oven. It is beautiful but is already scratched in places that we have no idea how they were scratched. Will not purchase another Samsung appliance based on this oven.
