After reading all the reviews I was a bit skeptical about spending the 3k for this fridge. But I realized some people just give bad comments because they screwed something up and Samsung won’t give them a handout to fix what they caused . This fridge works flawless. It does everything I says it does on Samsung’s site. The ice maker is fine. The water is fine . Everything with the fridge is perfect. My only complaint is the fingerprints . So if you don’t mind buying a stainless steel cleaner and cleaning your fingerprints then buy it!!! Everyone loves it. The music gets loud and sounds great and it has bixby. Iv also streamed my Samsung Tv to watch movies and videos during gatherings in the kitchen. Enjoy!

bought this fridge in july 2017. the icemaker has always been an issue. it freezes up intermittently and leaks water every time you dispense ice. this, we have lived with as it appears to just be the way that samsung's work. the newest issue happened today, that has broken this camels back. the freezer and select zone stopped working, with no indication of an issue in the "smart" hub app or on the screen. we only discovered it when my wife went to get something from the freezer and it was half melted. we moved everything to the flex zone and set it to freeze and it got warmer. we lost everything from the freezer section. the icing on the cake is that it is at least 2 days before the service center in our area will even call us to setup an appointment.... I'll update the review if the repair ever actually happens...

Less than a year old and already brioken. No one around here to repair but Sansung will not issue a refund. Several hours on the phone and 10 days later, still no resolution. Our Samsung washer is broken too but thats a whole other department so this has been a nightmare. . Will never buy Samsung again.

It is a nice refrigerator, but the problem i found out is you can not put it next to a counter because the doors will hit the counter when they open due to the poor design of how the doors open. Had i know that i would not have purchased the counter depth unit and went with the full size door one. I have to pull the frig back out about 3" past the door hinge so they open properly which is where the full size frig would be.

It sucks, the door is messed up, and the repair is being postponed twice, they sent a technician but didn't have the door, just tried to repair it when they said that the new door was ordered. Come on!

This is a great refrigerator. The three sections in the refrigerator are great for various food. The display screen is also a great feature. The only issue is that the applications in the Family Hub are limited and Pandora does not work after first use. The display screen locked up ("hung" with a loading icon) after few use and I couldn't do anything. The Samsung Support and the Samsung Elite Support could not help. They stated that it was a known issue. I am waiting for a return authorization from Samsung. Home Depot would not refund the money until Samsung authorizes. I paid to Home Depot so Home Depot should be one who handle the issues but left it to me basically.

I purchased in-store as I need to make sure that both advertised promotions from Home Depot and Samsung will apply to my purchase. The date of Purchase was 6/24/2019. Home Depot sent me both e-mail and postal confirmations that their promotion will apply to my purchase. So I called Samsung to confirm followup my rebate Smart hub. Samsung's first question is what is the date of my in-store purchase. They checked and confirmed that I will be avail to get the free Samsung Smart Hub. However, Samsung e-mailed me to submit special HD invoices, personal information, photo of the actual Serial no. inside my new refrigerator, etc. Another e-mail was sent to me to request the same documentation the next day. I have to give them an instruction that the document is on page 3 of 4. The last e-mail was a forwarded submission of the first, the same documents and photo. Samsung got back to me and said that the date of my purchase does not qualify me to the promotion. HUH? This Date of purchase was given to them before they asked me to send personal documentations. I have excerpt of the conversation, promotional fliers showing the promotional dates. They took my information. THIS PROMO IS A SCAM, SAMSUNG!

Great Product for Tech Crazy People! I really like this frig! I got Family Hub version 1.0 by accident at first and Home Depot replaced with the correct FH 2.0 version. The FH 2.0 is so much better - better technology, better finish on outside and better made from the perspective of the doors and the washers used for spacers - I had to take my doors off to place in kitchen so I saw that the 2.0 spacers are all built in so it's easier to manage. FH 2.0 is great and I keep my family of 5 calendars updated through gmail calendar setup - so easy to use! FH 2.0 version also has nice finish on outside for reduced finger prints - it doesn't prevent them but reduces them and makes them easy to wipe off! Voice Command also comes with 2.0 and not available on 1.0 - works great too. Ice maker works very well - I use for Soccer water bottles a lot - never ran out of ice - I like the built in water filter!

I have 22 cuft of same product for 3 years. Ice maker keeps frosting as there is a design flaw as admitted in service bulletings and ice maker draws air from the fridge unless sealed propery with silicone. The screen does not show the real temperature inside. My freezers were 20F although it showed -5F. A lot of troubleshootting by professionals who advised to replace sensors, board etc. at the end it turned out to be missing freon in the compressor. Really? For a $4k fridge.
