Flush motor is louder than I had hoped. Otherwise, works adequately; bowl evacuation is more sluggish than I expected, sometimes needs it twice.

Compact unit-works perfectly in our basement with a below-grade septic system. Unit is exactly as described with no issues. Definitely recommend.

It clogs to easily. I had to plunge.

It is pretty tricky to configure with it’s strange pipe sizes but it has been a great product and works as advertised. I’d buy another one if I needed it. I’m. It a plumber by trade so it’s pretty consumer friendly in my opinion.

I really like the toilet! Problem is they send cheap hose clamps to tighten rubber in back of toilet. I could not tighten them enough and it leaked. I bought3 new ones and it was fine.

Well compared to regular toilets this is an expensive investment. But the money and time and hassles I saved with plumbing in the basement not to mention permits and inspections and wait times was well worth it. It was easy to set up and looks great. I did it all myself. The sink hooks right in so that’s convenient as well. Got my new 1/2 bath in the basement for just under $1500 (1000 was the toilet ) so not a bad way to go.

It works as expected

Purchased a few weeks ago and very happy with the toilet. Small compact and comfortable. Easy install and not needing to break floor. Was missing seat upon delivery. Saniflo shipped out ASAP. Good choice for a back up toilet Would recommend as long as the unit stands up well.

Easy to install

Finally got this installed in my condo where I could not move drain pipes that were already in the concrete but was able t run this 1” drain making it possible to move the toilet to a new location.

what a waste,of time and money.first this toilet is loud,x2,second it never seen solid waste only used for p,and after less then 2 years the pump is not working.just last night at 1am it started to fill and never pumped the water out by itself started ,and overflowed all over my basement.now 630 am just done clean up thanks for nothing this is not easy to repair it seems,if so have to remove all pvc just to get it out.that means cutting and then spliceing back together,or say f this waste of money and dig a hole,guess the motor cost more then the whole toilet lol

Some instructions are not accurate and will require some metric conversion for water supply fittings.

This toilet is pricey., but it's well worth the money for the job it preforms. I have several years of part time plumbing history. This unit is built very well. The fit and finish are excellent. I ran 1 " schedule 40 pipe into a 1 1/2" drain. Hookup was right to the tee of the detailed direction booklet.. I bolted my hold down brackets through the floor with 1/4" grade 5 capscrews. Book calls for a 15 amp GFCI outlet, I used a 20 amp.. I had to come up with my own outlet connection hose, since I used schedule 40 pipe. The water supply crimp on fitting is metric. The manufacture directions say cut the metric part off the tube. Don't do it. Mine was 2 inches long and all metric. I used sharp emery paper which got the ferule fitting to fit. I would suggest a longer crimp on tube to the manufacture for easier hook up.. Toilet flushes ok with the 1 gpm. flush cycle; but works far better with using the 1.38 gpm button on the right. My toilet installation time was a little over 2 1/2 hours. I would buy another, as the need a rises.

Water line was missing an end to hook it up. Was not included. Other then that, unit is exactly what I needed and works very well.

Work excellent

I am very happy with my Saniflo SaniCompact toilet, it was installed about 1 month ago, and is working just fine.

This is exactly what we needed to add a half bath to our walk-out basement. We had been wanting to do this for a while, and when Home Depot offered cardholders a 10% coupon on purchases, we just had to purchase it. My extremely handy husband and plumbing professional relative installed this in no time.

This toilet was super easy to install. Installed it in the basement where the underground plumbing had failed. So instead of ripping out the concrete and replacing all that drain pipe we installed this toilet and pumped it up and over to another section of the house that was not having any issues. Works perfectly! Of course it’s only been installed for 2 weeks so time will tell. It is also the 4th toilet in this house so it will not get a ton of use.

It's a really nice unit ,I have had no problems with the unit.
