Easy install replacing original Schlage lock. Works well with app and Google home devices although now and then Google loses contact with Schlage. Always works just can't confirm function. Timely alerts. Liked first lock so much bought a second.

About a year ago I changed all of the handles / locks in my home to this product. My over anxious dog scratched up 2 of the handles. Called the company hoping to buy just the scratched parts I needed. They were of NO help, no parts available for purchase, had to buy whole new sets. Frustrating.

Looks great and the store keyed all locks.

It was very easy to put in. The color is exactly what i was wanting and very smooth opening

I like this door nob.. it's very pretty and was easy to install. My only issue is that the lock unlocks when you turn the handle from the inside. I'm used to going around my house and turning locks at night to ensure everything is locked but when I check this one it unlocks.. I mean I will eventually figure out which direction is locked for the little switch thing but you know the reassuring jiggle of the handle is no longer there. If there is a way to turn this function off I would love to know.. since I also have a bolt on this door I don't feel unsafe but still would love the bottom to not unlock with a turn of the handle..

Bought this with the Schlage Connect keyless kit, which included a Round door handle. We didn't need the round door handle and purchased this to match the rest of the house. Ordered at the store and was told all handles would work with the Connect system. It does NOT. had to switch pieces around and modify this handle to work with the hardware that came with the Round handle. Not interchangeable. It looks nice and works OK. Would not buy again. They do make the kit in brass with this handle, so WHY can't we get it in Black???

Love this design! This is very easy to do!

Looks great, Gaza firm feel and easy to grasp. Liked it well enough to replace other door knobs too.

Pros: Easy to install, comfortable to the grip, attractive black matte finish. Cons: Too much play in the lever. Also, when locking and/or unlocking the lever, the keys do not glide in and out of the slot with ease; it takes several tries. Overall: good product

You have to really be careful and make sure that your door is locked... It may look locked to you on the inside, but the lever can still be used to open from the outside if it's not locked correctly.

They are a more than nice addition to doors. Our only problem was that we ordered online knowing the quantity we wanted was not on the store shelves. Unfortunately, the local Home Depot's policy is not to key these locks alike. We had to return the online order with the service desk and purchase through the local store. There not being sufficient quantity some were put on "Will call". Should we not had the luxury of waiting, this would have been problematic.
