After changing out the 4 AA batteries multiple times we've decided to stop using it. I dont recommend this door lock.

I would have really loved this smart lock if I knew that I need a smart hub compatible with z wave in order to use this lock to use this lock as a smart lock. Schlages hub only works with the Sense and I have the Connect. I cannot find a hub to work with my lock. I bought this lock when the outside of my house was being remodel so I would have it when the door was installed. Do to delays in receiving the materials the window to return it has passed. I have a smart lock that is useless. I am more than disappointed in this purchase.

I received 2 days ago. The general contractor is installing for me. The first thing he found was the batteries are all bad. I could only review when every is installed and observed after one year. After that, I will give a fair review

Easy change out and looks great. Works as claimed and glad I got the key pad.

I returned it don’t have Z wave wound up getting a different model that I could use on my Internet Wi-Fi

Brand new out of the box and its broke . Wont turn lock had professional installet mess with it for two hours . Going back .

You need a hub to use with app or google. This cost additinal money.

Easy for kids. Great buy! Easy to install.

This review comes two years having had this. The lock works great. The batteries do not need to be changed often, I think I've changed them once. I have never had a glitch, it locks and unlocks with a code every single use. I have 4 kids and we are in and out constantly all day long. The issue I have, is that the exterior finish has rubbed off. I mean half of this unit is for outdoor use, it should stand up to the elements a little better than two years. I wouldn't exactly call this an inexpensive product. I know that a good lock costs a lot more than this particular one, however I think for the price it should have held up longer than two years.

Not a good purchase. I have bought hundreds of these in the past. This particular one was especially bad...obviously made in China and/or no quality control. Internal parts are loose, interior knob wont stay on...doubt it will last a year.

This is an excellent product which works very well. With the keypad lock/unlock, you do not have to worry about your keys.
