Very easy to assemble. Key pad is working great in the 2 weeks it has been installed. No issues so far with anything.

Spring 2022 Home Depot installed a new front door and a new Schlage 365 level lock . The HD installer took about 20 min to install, test the mechanism and transfer the key lock. The lock gets used a couple times a day-never failed in 1500 operations. The darkness illumination has used about 20 times and nighttime illuminated keys are handy. If you wrongly enter the combination, an error red warning indicate to start over. No complaints here. Nice not searching or fumbling for keys. You can accept to use preexisting combinations or easily enter your favorite combination. All-around winner.

i purchased these as they match ones already on doors. My better half wanted to keep the same locks as he has been able to repair previous ones and has some parts that he can use. I am not as convinced that we should have stayed with these as it seems they do not last very long when on a door that is used often. They are just OK in my mind.

Easy to install. I love these and the knob turn style keyless locks. Worth it in every way! Note: the keyless locks that use battery to pull back the lock have worn out quickly and you replace batteries often.

Works perfectly and was easy to install. It matches a Schlage deadbolt on the same door perfectly. Very fast delivery- had it the following day after I ordered it. Extremely well made and I expect to get good service from it for a long time.

Only had a couple of weeks. Curious to see how it stands our summer heat in western tx.
