Easy installation, and only had a small issue programming the codes into the system. Once it was figured out, the installation was easy!! Great product!!

Nice lock would give 5 stars but thank god I had a locksmith putting it on. It came with the wrong size screws. After process and f elimination it was confirmed. He had to cut down the screws and it worked perfectly.

The keypad is ok but opening lock with key is complicated especially for older persons. It’s Manual not automatic.

Bought this today, installed it and doesn't work. The handle free spins, the key gets stuck in the cylinder and pulls out the cylinder! I was expecting this to spin on its own after the code is entered, like other, but you have enter the code then manually spin the knob to open it. I immediately removed this. There is no way I'm trusting my home to this lock.

I bought this to replace the same model that I already had that failed. This one was busted out of the box. The lock tumbler was messed up. Key or the electronic lock were inconsistent. Returned this purchase and discovered a DIY fix online for the lock I already had.

This set was easy to install and seems to be well made. If i can do it anyone can.

This is the 2nd of this type that I’ve bought, in 5yrs. First one worked fine up until it was time to change the battery. Changed the battery & it don’t lock/unlock. Went online, researched how to fix, so I took the inside component apart to adjust the spring and it still didn’t work. Woke up the next morning and it magically worked-for about 4 days. After that it would only lock/unlock 30% of the time. Also have version with the keypad/door handle in one and that has worked for over 20 yrs.
