Never had a problem with this product, but this time had to exchanged for a new one due to one of long screw’s hole on the lock being too small for it. The second lock I got installed with no problems in less than 5 mins.

Very easy to install and works exactly as it should. Great quality which is something that Schlage is known for. My only complaint is I wish you could order these with locking handles directly from Home Depot instead of having to take them into the store to have them rekeyed.

The keypad lock side is strange and no information included on how it is supposed to work. It spins without a code or a trick to engage the lock—-but it doesn’t say that anywhere obvious. To view their videos you have to sign up for their advertising.
This used to be a good solid brand, but search on the model and spin.

The deadbolt works well & have a new Schlage key entry door handle as well. Wish that there was a marking on the inside with an arrow on which way to set it. Also if there was a small extension on where the screws fit in to make it easier to make the screws easier to start.

Very Pleased with Sclage deadbolt. Clearly solid build compared to the deadbolt that it replaced. Home Depot rekeyed it to small key asmy other house locks.
