Easy to Install. Nice design, looks good.

Lock was good. However, it was not Plymouth bright brass. It was Utima brass and does not match the dummy lock which is Plymouth bright brass. Have been unable to get matches. Looks as though we just have to give up.

Replaced door knob and outside door handle. Worked out very well

Replaced an older Schlage lockset. Looks good and installed with minimum modifications. There were a few surprises, thankfully I had the necessary tools!

On homedepot.com on my home computer, this item was listed for $96.03. On the same website on the store's computer, it was listed at $109.00, the same as the shelf price. The store was fair enough to sell it for $96.03, but HD badly needs to resolve why the same HD website show 2 prices.

Product was great. Unfortunately it would not work on a door drilled for a handset made over 20 years ago.

Solid, nice looking, easy to install!

This is an excellent door lock assembly. It is great quality with adjustments to fit any replacement easily and you don’t have make new holes.

Look and feel are great .Instructions to install are awful. Wish I didn't have to drill hole through door for lower part of handle .

Excellent product but lowered the score due to bait and switch. I blame Schlage for this inappropriate stocking also!

They said they are unable to re key it to match my other Schlage locks. They key guy said he doesn’t know how. I guess I have to go to a locksmith.

This handle looks good and works just as expected. My big complaint is that you can not buy just the door handle alone. We as consumers are forced to buy a new deadbolt to get the handle. Not only does this add cost it also waists materials, labor, energy, and resources for something I don't need or want and now I have a deadbolt that I have to store away because tossing it out is not an option that makes any sense. Maybe I can trade it some day for something I actually want or need.

An extra piece was included in my kit and not being all that knowledgeable about hardware installation I was forced to call a locksmith ($85.00) to assist. When they came they told me that an extra piece was in the package and was not necessary for the installation. I thought I must have done something wrong but instead Schlage did :-(
