Website shows that these are "32.3 lbs" each, but I received three 30.0 pound bags in my order. Since I calculate my needs based on the amound of product, not the purported coverage, this has left me short by about 7 lbs of product. I'm not especially pleased that I need to go to the store now to get more to end up with the amount I was supposed to have received.

So far so good. Grass started getting greener and stronger. I have setup the spreader to spread a bit less fertilizer but still did the trick.

It has NOT killed many weeds - especially clover. So disappointed in Scotts. Last year I did the four-step program with you and Scotts - my yard never looked better. How can I get relief from this let-down in summer 2024?

I love Scott’s products! I use the turf builder every year for the past 25 years! Typically it does well!

Why does this product go up in price at a ridiculous amount every f’n year

I used to be a loyal Scotts consumer. With Scotts marketing idea to reduce bag size and take price, I switched over to Vigoro and so glad I did, it is a great product as well. I wouldn't have switched but Scott's business decision made it an easy decision for me. Consumers read the package and notice when companies are trying to deceive them. Scott's name is not what it was for me now.

Applied this product to lawn on 12/20/23. It gradually greened the grass over 4-5 weeks and it looked good all winter long. Now, this spring (4/14/24), the grass is awesomely thick and a beautiful dark green color. I applied the exact amount needed per the instructions. Today’s treatment will be the Turf Builder Triple Action product (lawn food, weed killer, weed preventer) for the spring feeding and to kill some minor weeds and prevent the crabgrass. I’ll review that product in 8-10 weeks.

It is for the fall, so i haven’t used the Winterguard yet! I bought the Scotts products all at once, for the whole spring, summer and fall

Applied this last fall. My relatively new Bahia grass sod is coming out of dormancy and turning a pleasing shade of green. The weeds have been reduced significantly. I applied this product on only a quarter of my lawn in order to ascertain effectiveness prior to diving into the deep end. The difference between the treated and un-treated lawn is quite noticeable. I am impressed! Used Scott's product before so am relieved it still produces the impressive results it did in 2002. Highly recommend if you can follow directions at all.

I do not recommend, it burned my grass. I followed instructions, watered before applying, and after. I still burned my grass.

Not your Falt but winterguard used to come in c 5,000 sq.foot bags. I had to buy two bags to fertilize my lawn that means I am storing 3,ooo sq ft fertilizer in my garage until next year. Use your influence to have Scotts go back to 5,000 sq ft. bags. "FIRE HAZZARD LONG STORAGE TIME"
