Temperatures must be consistently between 60°F and 90°F for target weeds to be actively growing. When temperatures are high (over 90°+) weeds slow their growth down and can not absorb the product. It can take up to 3 weeks for the weeds to begin to yellow. Product must be watered in to be effective. Excessive watering (rain) can drive the weed control into the soil and away from weed roots. Most turf grasses only need 1 inch of water a week.
