Our office has used a regular lock and key system forever. However, we finally decided to upgrade and we couldn't be more thrilled. Can finally stop worrying about the hassle of handing out keys, collecting them when employees leave, or having to rush down to the office when a vendor or client comes by after-hours. We paired this item with the Secure Link WiFi Hub so that we could have remote access. I also really like getting notifications when the door is opened and can check who opened it. It really gives peace of mind that the office is secure at all hours of the day. Thank you!

Bought this and love it’s features great buy would buy another

We have been customers for the past five years. All 5 of our entry doors are now secured with Lockly locks. Their security and convenience of the system is second to none. Their customer service team is prompt and accommodating. Several of our neighbors and friends have also purchased the locks after seeing them on our place.

We installed this Lockly deadbolt on several of our rental units. The installation was very straightforward and so far everything has been working as expected over the past 6 weeks. It will take a few tries to get used to the various access options, especially if you have contractors, cleaning crews, etc that need to access. I suggest testing out there various access options before you set up the final access. My first couple of attempts were unsuccessful and I had to drive to the rental units to let contractors in. However, once I figured it out it was super straightforward.

It’s definitely worth it. I love that it has a fingerprint mode. Makes it so much easier when you’re just wanting to run in. Has a key just in case the battery dies. I like it better than other brands. Love the app features too. Simple and easy

I purchased the Lockly plus three months ago and have not been disappointed. Love the sleek design and the multiple methods of gaining access to my home. My wife and daughter love the biometric entry because it’s simple and there is no need to fumble with keys.

It’s new to me but I’m really liking it and the family will love it

I purchased this lock for my home that we just had renovated, we wanted to turn our home into a “smart home” and have as much of it automated as possible. This lock allows us to go without keys and even use finger prints to enter our home. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

My wife and I wanted to be able to check if our side door was locked from our phones and decided on LOCKLY. We were very happy with how easy it was to install and configure to our phones. After how happy we were with our first LOCKLY it wasn’t long before we decided we wanted one for our garage as well. We used an eero to extend Wi-Fi and it works great as well!

Using this lock for about 3 months. Secure pin pad is a smart invention. It prevents other to understand the pin.

I bought this for our new holiday home back in July 2021, but then NZ went into lockdown. We couldn't get to the house or have the wifi installed. So only fitted recently. Very easy to fit where the existing door furniture was and very easy to set up. Were very happy with the result.

I did my research, talked to my locksmith and chose the LOCKLY secure plus latch (left fingerprint reader). I also bought the plate to cover the deadbolt. I will eventually buy the Duo which does both latch and deadbolt at the same time and move this one to my office door. Installation was a little odd because both the cover plate and actual lock had instructions. If you buy the plate as well use the plate instructions. It works great using the codes. Everyone in the house has no trouble with the fingerprint reader but it doesn’t seem to like my prints. I find after a few attempts I give up and just use the pin pad. I highly recommend it and have to friends who come over and see it. Only thing negative thing for my application is that the storm door uses a latch as well and when turning the storm door latch down it strikes the LOCKLY. Just have to rotate it up. Problem solved.

Lock gives a good impression . The random mode makes it harder for thieves to guess the access code, while the fingerprint reader gives you a safe and fast access into your home.

I bought this lock about 1 month ago because we wanted something that was a deadbolt and offered key as well as keyless entry option. I have absolutely no regret purchasing it. I use the fingerprint entry when stepping out. When I have visitors, I give them either a one-time access or a limited time access. It also has a beautiful finish that complements my front door. I highly recommend this lock!

I was truly excited to open this lock and get started using it. It's a really sturdy lock. Well built and has all the bells and whistles. My biggest gripe is the WiFi connectivity. I purchased the secure pro, the highest rated model. 1. The WiFi is not built into the lock, so a separate doggle is required. The lock is WiFi enabled. Which basically means all that was done was adding a new chip on the circuit that allows the lock to connect to the doggle. This is a complete waste of time and reminds me of 2010 "smart" TVs. It taken me over 1 hour fiddling with the lock and doggle to get them to pair with each other. 2. The doggle is only 2.4 frequency. Again, really outdated technology. I had the doggle, lock, and my phone all in the same room with my Unifi AP and the signal bar was less that 2 bars. My Samsung S21 comes with WiFi 6, which has much greater range. My phone stays connected to the Wi-Fi even when I'm in the back yard of the house. Very disappointed I have to say. 3. Why are we still designing products to not use rechargable batteries? I love my Ring products simply because of this alone. It's extremely easy to exchange the batteries. I would rather the WiFi built into the lock using more power with the ability to quickly swap out and charge batteries. 4. This is the only review of a product I've written all year and it's a negative review. Lockly, please add WiFi 6 to the lock itself and remove the doggle. I understand it was cheaper to not have to redesign the circuit board for WiFi 6, but the doggle doesn't work and it makes the set up looks really ugly. For a $300 lock, which had as many features as this does, this really was disappointing to see. I was hoping to use this lock on a few of my properties. Sadly, until they build WiFi 6 into the lock itself I won't. If you're going to build a lock with all the bells and whistles, then please build a lock with all the bells and whistles. I will be sending this one back.

We run a theatre/venue for hire, and needed the ability to grant clients access remotely and provide temporary access on occasions. Our new Lockly does that and much more. We loved how easy it was to install it and how sleek and understated it is on our black doors.

I bought the LOCKLY Secure Plus a couple of months ago and am thoroughly impressed with its operation and especially the simplicity of installation. Took me less than an hour to complete the installation and programming. The fingerprint access is awesome and my 7 year old has no trouble gaining access through the door.
