Very small and fairly poor build quality.

I knew it would be small but it's smaller than I had hoped for my 5'10 frame. Not long enough to lay down and not deep enough to comfortably recline. Otherwise super easy to setup and good quality.

I got it on sale so for the price I paid it’s reasonable but if you have to pay full price be aware that this is not a top quality product

This futon is way better than I was expecting, it has 3 different positions and it is a very solid piece. Kudos to Serta!!!!

easy to assemble. sofa is firm enough and comfortable to sit, and lay down, but back rest seems little week to support without placing it against the wall.

Nice looking couch. Assembled in under five minutes. Little on the firm side which is how I like it. Build quality is questionable as it creaks every time someone sits on it. I would return it but covid 19.

Decent buy at 50% off. Bring a truck to pickup in store. Installation time was less than 5 minutes.

Bought it as a backup guest bed and it's perfect. Seems it's made out of simple materials but I got it on sale so no problems. The center is uncomfortable to lay down on but maybe time will tell.
