No one appears to have replacement battery for this model, despite easily finding even aftermarket batteries for other models. The battery shows either out of stock or even discontinued EVERYWHERE - including Shark themselves, and has been that way for a LONG time. When your battery is gone, the whole unit is trash,

The vacuum would turn on. I assume it was the battery. Charged it for couple of hours, but nothing. There weren't any instructions in the box. I assume this had been a return and then shipped to me as new. The bad tape job on the box gave it away.

I have only had this vacuum for 2 weeks. I really like it. It holds its charge longer than the Dyson that I have had for several years. Excellent suction. Two attachments convert it to a hand vac. I use it on my hard wood floors.

Purchased this about 2 weeks ago, I have used it twice. Wasn't sure about going cordless but I am sold. This is my third shark, I have a stick (corded) and a regular floor model. I have been wanting to try a cordless one and the price was excellent ( I didn't purchase it through their website) I was on the fence and had almost bought a dyson but the price was a little more then I wanted to pay, main reason is because I need more then one vacuum cleaner for my cleaning needs. So I decided to give it a try and I love it. I have 14 cats they are indoor, outdoor (their choice) and I needed something that I could just start and go with on a daily basis, something light and simple to use for quick cleaning. I use it on my bare floors and carpet. It does a great job on bare floors and it works well on my carpet, but it does have some drag on carpet because of the material they use for the roller, I have a low pile carpet so it's not too bad and it does pick-up well. It's nice that I do not have to do anything to go from barefloors to carpet. Runtime is good it says 40 minutes but I am going to purchase a spare battery to have one already charged. As stated this is my first cordless and I live shark vacuums. For the down side that would be that I think that if you have a lot of heavy duty vacuuming I don't know if this your go to vacuum. I will use my regular shark to do my major cleaning and my regular stick (corded) vacuum. But this cordless will definitely be my go to vacuum for my cleaning daily or even every couple of days. Their warranty was another reason I decided to try it. Hopefully I will not have to use it.

After years of struggling with my heavy corded vacuum I knew I’d like any cordless- but this Shark cordless is a great vacuum. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver- love the “ headlight” and how it can get under the couch, tables, chairs. I love the versatility of having a hand held vacuum and the attachments. The convenience of being able to charge the battery at any outlet is important to me, as is the compactness of the vacuum- easy to store. I highly recommend!

I was unsure of a battery powered vac, but this is a keeper. While I prefer my Stratos for heavy, deep-cleaning, this cordless is terrific for chasing grass and sawdust carried in by my husband. It's quick and maneuverable. Easier to get under my beds without having to fight with a cord going from room to room. So far, the battery seems to last very well. So glad I took the plunge and bought this to complement my Stratos!

Great for picking up small amounts. Not so great for picking up in corners!

We have had this for 6 months or so, hoping we would grow to like it. Unfortunately, it is very poor as a whole house vacuum. It really only works at all on the highest power setting. The battery life is terrible on this setting, allowing only 1 room to be vacuumed. The canister is also tiny and needs to be emptied every half of a room.

I love this vacuum. So lightweight and easy to use. Works for exactly what I need.

I haven’t had this long but so far so good. It’s amazing on low pile area rugs, hard floors and amazing for daily living. I vacuum on average at least 1-2 times a day for the general walking areas of our home. We have 2 adults, 3 cats, 2 large dogs that live inside so there is plenty of traffic and litter that needs to be gotten up and the battery life is just as amazing as the pickup.

What I like about this vacuum: versatility, easy to use, easy to clean up and I appreciate not having a cord. However, this thing is terrible at picking up dog hair. I have two short hair breeds and I have to go over one spot on the hardwood floor 6-7 times for it to only pick up 80% of the dog hair and I vacuum every week so it’s not like it’s collecting for months. It’s really disappointing for the amount you pay for it, my advice is get a better vacuum if you have dogs because this will just frustrate you to no end.

Love this vacuum and my first cordless. I have cats and a dog that requires vacuuming every day and it is super easy with the Cordless Pro. It picks up all of the pet hair and kitty litter particles with ease and I love that the top part can attach to lower part for storage, no tipping over or trying to find a way to stand it up when finished. Added bonus, it is not loud, the cats are unphased when I start vacuuming and just keep sitting/laying in their usual spots. This is my third Shark vacuum and have never been disappointed by this brand.

I have had this about 2 weeks, and used 3 times. Everything is as described and suction is fantastic. The clean sense is great. Makes the whole house smell nice instead of like old dust, like other vacuums. Esasy to put together and comes very securely packaged.

I’m not sure how I have lived this long without this cordless vacuum. It is simple to manuever and has tons of suction. It even sucks up the tiniest of glitter after decorating for Christmas. I also have a corded Shark that I love. I will never be without both a corded and cordless vacuum!!

This vacuum picks up do much dirt. Charge lasts a long time too

We’ve had our new Shark for a few weeks. So far it is working great. My one complaint at this point would be that it is pretty loud.

I love it!! Easy to put together and enough initial battery to give it a whirl around the house! The canister is smaller than previous vacuum but when you empty it the dust doesn’t fly everywhere. Having e-asthma and a dog this Shark has already made breathing a little easier with a thorough pickup of dog hair and everyday dust and dirt. No cord to trip over!!! Lightweight and leaves behind a clean path and fresh scent!! Game Changer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I could give this vacuum 10 stars!!! I have another Shark cordless vacuum and this one just blows the other one away. It easily puts together from the box. It truly senses how dirty the floor is and will even tell you by lights and sound how hard it needs to work. There are 3 different suction settings to pick from. On this particular model the dust/dirt holder detaches so much more easily than other ones I have had. I also like the bristleless roller. Really easy to go from tiled floor to carpet. Shark never disappoints!!!

I ordered this on 8/3/22. Shipping was fast. Charged it up as soon as I got it. I’ve noticed that it doesn’t pick up as good as my corded Shark vacuum did. I can forward and it’ll pick up ok, but with the backwards motion it just pushes everything back and doesn’t get sucked up. So then I have to lift the vacuum and put it behind the debris to get. Battery life is good. It doesn’t take me too long to get my floors. I do have a cat and two toddlers so I am always vacuuming. It’s good, and I love the cordless but my other Shark was better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best shark cordless vacuum that I have ever got. The suction is by far the best I’ve seen and the run time is about 45 minutes. In the Clean Sense IQ mode this vacuum can detect dirt automatically that you can't see even see and then boosts the power up so it can get it all. I was amazed by its power and the fact it got all my toddlers mess with out having to revacuum to get the smaller pieces. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live this vacuum. It's easy to use, is cordless and sits up by itself like a regular vacuum so you don't have to hang it on the wall. The bottom has fins so hair doesn't get stuck in it and has odor neutralizer which is great if you have animals. It has the clean sense IQ so if it thinks the floor is really dirty or needs extra power it automatically increases power. The battery has about a 30-40 min run time, for me that works great but if you have a large home with multiple rooms it could be annoying. I love that since it's cordless I can use it on the car and it's light so kids can help without struggling with a heavy vacuum. Overall this is an awesome vacuum and I would tell everyone to get one

It only takes a few hours for a full charge and with that full charge I can vacuum my entire house 2-3 times and spot clean in between before needing to recharge it. I love how lightweight it is, and the head of the vacuum steers really easily and can turn well around objects. It works on my tile, wood, rugs and carpet. This is so much easier to use for quick clean up jobs rather than having to use a full sized vacuum. It’s just easier to vacuum stairs with this too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Cordless Pro with Clean Sense IQ is a wonder. Initially on the fence at how thorough it would clean. It was amazing. It did the job a regular vacuum would do. Both carpet and hard floors. The best part is I’m able do away with my broom. It’s compact so I don’t have to figure out a space to put it and it’s cordless. The fragrance canister is definitely a plus. My carpet smells so fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who knew I was going to need a cordless vacuum to function in life? Man, this thing is AWESOME. Besides just being cordless, which is life changing (on the house cleaning spectrum), but it is a level up from the rest. I love the Clean Sense mode that keeps the level of cleaning intensity exactly where you need it for each individual spot in your home. If it senses a heavy need, say in spots in the kitchen, it revs up to tackle the job. Other places that aren't as bad it conserves energy by not revving up in those spots. We especially appreciate the cone shaped filter inside the dirt receptacle, as it allows all of the hair to fall off with no need to grab and pull it out. Genius! I highly recommend this vacuum. It is amazing!

I have never owned a Shark and I will never live without one. It is simple to use and I put it to work every couple of days. Hardwood floors and carpet look great after use.

This vacuumed all the hair, and the battery life is amazing! I loved not having a cord to constantly unplug to move to a new area.
