My vacuum just barely arrived and the hose that’s supposed to connect to the main engine has such a flimsy locking system that it won’t stay put. Worst design I’ve ever seen. I literally cannot even use it. Packaging it back up to return. Save your money and don’t buy this product. Pictures show how I literally have to hold the hose in place to make it stay.

Hi. My name is Elvis. As you can see I'm a pretty big dog with a long gorgeous white coat. The problem is I shed a lot and also bring in a lot of dirt in the house on my paws. My parents were at the end of their rope on how to keep the floors and carpets clean with all the dirt I bring in and all the shedding I do - which I have absolutely no control over. So, they went to the Home Depot web site and found the Shark Navigator Deluxe. It was a great price ($149.00 and with free delivery!!!) and looked like it would work pretty good for keeping me out of trouble. The first time they used the Shark Navigator Deluxe we were amazed at all the dirt and hair it collected. It's pretty quiet which is good because their old vacuum scared me because it was so loud. With just a push of a button they can go from vacuuming the hardwood floors to the carpets. And emptying the container was so easy. We were so surprised when the Shark Navigator was delivered to my house in just 2 days! I am so embarrassed on the still picture of how much dirt was picked up from just me! I'm so glad that my parents purchased the Shark Navigator Deluxe upright vacuum cleaner. It's so fast and easy to use, they now have more time to pay attention to me. I give the Shark Navigator Deluxe a 5 woof rating!

Very nice vacuum, quiet and light weight. So easy to use. The dust chamber is very friendly to handle with just a click to remove and replace. This is my 2nd Navigator. With 2 cats in the house it's essential to have the Navigator. I wanted another for the upstairs

I am a dad to 7 kiddos ranging from 1 to 16.. I literally NEED a vacuum that can do it all. My shark vacuum can take care of any mess, while always having strong suction. I’ve had to replace the filter and clean the belt a few times, as most should. I will always buy Shark when I purchase or recommend a vacuum!

bought this about 2 years ago and it’s still holding strong! i don’t know why the other reviews are so bad… it has held up well. i give it 4 stars because i wish the hose part was a bit longer for when you take it out but overall it’s great

Havnt tryed but i hear such good about the shark vacs so yes i want one but going by all reviews i have heard they do the job

I love this vacuum. The suction is strong and can pull itself across the floor. I use it multiple times a day. I have kids and two cats in my household. This thing works so good.

Easy to use.. not so heavy and the suction works really well.. if you’re looking for something which help you getting rid pf dog hairs go ahead:)

I love shark vacuums. It picks up particles that others can’t. It’s also very easy to empty. I love not having to use a lint bag!

I absolutely love my Shark Navigator and I love vacuuming because of it! It has a self cleaning brush and empties from the bottom. it isn't super heavy either, and is perfect for pet owners

Love this vacuum! It has held up for several years for me and I am definitely loyal to the Shark brand now. It is easy to take apart and clean and I love that it is bag-less. It picks up so much dirt and dust and comes with a few different hose attachments to make cleaning easier. I vacuum a couple of times a week with this.

I got this vacuum after my roommate broke mine and didn't replace it (I didn't let him touch my stuff after that). I did some research on what I wanted since I didn't want to be wasting money on something that wouldn't last, and decided this was a great option. I have a dog, and although she doesn't shed much I wanted something to help filter out allergens and the like. This thing does a great job. It has amazing suction and picks up everything. I bought filters separately from Amazon because they're super hard to come by in stores, but they are inexpensive. I now live with my boyfriend, and he also has a dog, so I am vacuuming every other day. This keeps up with the messes since our dogs think that dropping food outside of the bowl is humorous. They say you've reached true adulthood when you can say that you love a vacuum, and I've found the one 🤣

I clean houses so I have bought one of these every year on Black Friday. I don’t buy a new one yearly because anything is wrong with it. I do it for sanitary reasons. I have purchased one every year for 6 years and I love this vacuum. The suction is just as powerful a year in as the day I bought it. The detachable hose is so handy I can vacuum under and around anything. I can’t say enough about how great this vacuum is!!

I bought the Shark Navigator once upon a time based on a recommendation of a friend. The first stopped sucking during the first week. I returned it to the purchase location and got another identical. The second stopped sucking within 3 months. As I was in the middle of a major home remodel I stuck it in a closet because it was one more detail than I could deal with. Unfortunately, the warranty ran out while it was in a closet and now it just mocks me with the "Never Loses Suction" sticker.

I've used this vacuum for several years, and it has performed satisfactorily. However, the hose broke today and there is no replacement part. It is easy to disconnect the hose, but without a placement that doesn't matter.

We have had this for 3 years now and still works as good as when we first bought it. Will buy another Shark the next time we are in need of a vacuum.

I loved this vacuum, excellent power and very easy to empty. After a couple years, it got plugged and a string clogged the roller. I think the belt is broken, but there are 8 screws to get into it. Watched the youtube videos,but can't find a long enough "security tork screwdriver" to do #8. Really disappointed that I am unable to service it myself for something that is probably an easy repair. If you want to buy one, watch youtube before you make your decision

I bought this Shark Navigator about 2months ago. Worst mistake ever!!!!!! This piece of no good stuff, it is awful to try and handle , heavier than advertised, does not pick anything up off carpets or floors, it was a BIG costly mistake. Not at all what it is advertised!!!!!!

Just brought home and vacuumed my hard wood floors. Works great! Powerful suctio!! Especially on the rugs. Excited to use this more in the future!

Just after a few uses on the only two area rugs that I have in my whole home the rest is tile it has lost suction and the motor is defective

It's the only vacuum that I've owned that does floors without spitting the dirt back out at my ankles. Works great on cat hair. I just wish their was a place to store the extra gadgets that come with it.

The vacuum is much quieter than our last one and has much greater suction than the one we had previously. I reserve the fifth star because I'm not thrilled with the way you have to wash and dry the filter.

This vacuum gets in all the nooks and crannies. It is very user friendly and has a very easy setup as well as takedown instructions. It is a very easy to clean, machine :) happy that I bought it!

the shark vacumn is excellent, has great suction easy to attach attachments compared to my last sweeper no twisting and turning , guessing what to do. I love the shark, it's lighter and quieter than my last sweeper too I definitely recommend it , it's worth the money.

I was very impressed with the Shark Navigator deluxe, it is better than any vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. I have had it for a couple of weeks now, and it is performing beautifully. It glides easily across the floor and pulls major dirt out of the carpet.. I was very surprised after I swept the carpet the first time how much dirt it actually picked up that my old vacuum cleaner was missing. It is also very easy to operate. Using the attachments, and emptying the bagless canister is a breeze. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, was because not all the attachments have a place to be carried on board. I have to keep the pet/upholstery attachment separate in another area. However, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a cost effective good working vacuum cleaner that is easy to use.

After some fairly easy assembly, I used it on hardwood, concrete, and carpet and was extremely satisfied with the results from all 3. It's got fantastic suction to the point where it pulls you along as if to say "I'm ready, let's go!" The canister empties from both the bottom or the top which makes it super easy to empty and also really clean. The cord is so long I can plug it into a central location in my house and pretty much do my entire house without having to re-plug it in somewhere else. That being said, I would expect to pay a lot more for such a great product. Definitely a great value.

The vacuum is very lightweight which makes it easy to use and maneuver in small areas. Plus the pickup is awesome. You will be thankful you gave it a try!!

This bagless cleaner has plenty of power. It does a great job on my carpet (plush) and my bare floors (tile and laminate). Its easy to empty, easy to clean. I do wish the electrical cord was a little longer so I wouldn't have to unplug when moving around the house. Outside of that, I love this vacuum and have ordered another one. (My daughter borrowed mine and I think she wants to keep it!)
