did not get vacuum cleaner

This is my second of the same. Love it.

DESCRIPTION on Line: Precision charger, charges in 4 hours and doubles as a storage dock. TRUTH IS: ... Takes 7 hours to fully charge. DESCRIPTION on Line: Extended run time TRUTH IS: ... Only runs for 14 minutes.

It's a good vacuum, picks up everything, used it on a mat that's difficult to clean and it did so with no problem. HOWEVER, my first shark navigator freestyle, had HEAD LIGHTS which are sorely needed to see dust on the floor. This one does not.....that's the only thing I don't like about it. I searched all over for the navigator with the head lights but couldn't find one. The manufacturer made a BIG mistake in not including them. My next vacuum will not be Shark

Does not feel like a true shark. Over all I am very disappointed in this unit. I recommend getting another vacuum for the price this one is asking for. The performance is on par with a internet special.

We love it!! We now have three in our home, they are very effective and very handy, since they are cordless!!

I love the convenience of no cord and vacuum holds a charge well. Easy to empty the dirt holder. Only negative is placement of on/off switch that gets bumped off when you try to vacuum under furniture.

Love it,It is so easy to charge.I keep it charged for little messes at all times Easy to keep emptied,just a touch of a button . Suction for carpet, rugs and floors seem very good,so convenient. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark cordless vacuum works as it should. It gets all the dust, dirt, and pet hair. The best part is it's cordless! You can charge over night and be ready to clean those floors again the next day or however often you decide to do it. The charging base is easy to use, just sit the back two wheels of the vacuum on there and the blue light will indicate it's charging. The vacuum does have a small tank so it's better for smaller homes or use on large area rugs. If you have a pet that sheds non stop then you may find yourself dumping the tank before you get done. You will also need to have a separate hand vac as this vacuum does not have the usual vacuum attachments to do furniture. It is only for getting dirt and hair off the floor. I recommend this vacuum for a room or two,as the battery won't last for the whole house

It’s a great little vac. Was disappointed that there was no light on it. The pic you have of it going under the bed shows a light on the front. It was the main feature I wanted, but didn’t get.

It is easy to charge and has a long battery life. It holds a good amount of debris. Oh and my husband and i put it together in less than 30 seconds, it is so easy to assemble, we did not even need the instructions! And I LOVE how it swivels! I would buy this vacuum over and over again!

Very powerful for such a light machine. It is easy to assemble and use. I have used it a lot since buying it as it is very convenient to use.

It was so easy to put togther. My kids really do love using it is as well. I have a lot of stairs at my house too and this works amazing. Very easy to empty. Shark is the best!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Shark brand vacuums. They last for such a long time and they have amazing suction. They clean so well. This vacuum was no different. I love that it is light weight and easily accessible to do small jobs or bigger ones occasionally. Suction power is still as good as a full Sized regular cleaner.
