$100 was too much for this garbage. Not all of the accessories have an attachment point. The tools that do attach, constantly fall off, making it very inconvenient. Dumping the waste bin does not work as advertised. Debris constantly gets caught on support between the inner and outer walls. That area of the bin is so narrow, that my fingers do not fit in there to dislodge the debris,so I always need to use a small tool like a screwdriver or knife to dislodge material and help empty the waste bin

Cool idea but if your floor isn’t spotless before you use this, it flings stuff all over. Steam doesn’t always come out. I’m returning it.

Excellent deep clean vacuum! Definitely recommend this product. Delivery was within 3 days. I’ve had the product for any 1 month. Easy to use.

It was easy to put together. Easy to maneuver. Difficult to clean the canester. I have only used once.

The vacuum has a lot of suction. Too much for some area rugs. Very heavy and hard to push for me an elderly lady with arthritis . I will return it.

The vacuum is very hard to move over carpet I had to return it will not buy again.

The vacuum worked on hardwood floors and very short pile rugs, but when it came to any rugs that was more than a quarter-inch high the vacuum had too much suction and your design for altering the amount of suction on the handle was a poor design. It didn't reduce the suction enough to use on these rugs. It stuck to the rugs and wouldn't move. Had to return the vacuum.

I love the lift away container and the quietness of the machine. It struggles just a bit when vacuuming a low pile plush. I have had it for about a month after my last Shark died. Love this brand both for price and value.

Just put it together and the green light doesn’t work!
