Sharkbite connectors are expensive but make plumbing connections so much easier and faster. The PVC to CTS connector worked really well for me. However, I needed to remove it to adjust the length of the PVC pipe and I had a challenging time removing it from the PVC pipe even with the plastic removal tool that comes with it. I figured out that if you provide constant firm pressure with the plastic removal tool and pull on the connector with a back and forth twisting motion the connector came off more easily. Definitely takes a bit of force to remove properly, but I will buy again for future projects if needed.

Wonderful fit. Wish I knew MOST Shark Bites do not fit PVC. WOULD have saved second trip to Home Depot to get this. But worth it. Worked like a champ

Love Shark Bites. Easy to use and saves time. No soldering needed but a little more expensive.

One of the best products in plumbing. Great for saving time in tight places. No glue or primer required. The cost is high, but the time you save, is well worth the cost.

Super easy to use, love the sharkbite fittings. This one goes from PVC to PEX of same nominal size.
