Press tight to get it right
I used this 1 in. to 3/4 in. coupling the to reduce brass tubing connection to my water heater. I marked the tubing to make sure I inserted the coupling fully. They take some force to seat them properly, however this makes you feel confident they will hold up and last a long time.

they work great. It's the easiest method for repairing...
they work great. It's the easiest method for repairing a copper line and moving to pex. I have yet to have an issue with leaks after using one of these.

It Just works
I wonder how much business plumbers have lost across the world because of sharkbites. No sweating copper, all have you have to do is cut your copper, cpvc, or pex, make sure to clean/deburr the ends and then connect. It is easy and just works. I have used these to make connections all over my house and not a single one has failed over 5+ years, I have heard they should last longer than the pipes themselves, let's be honest all plumbing fails eventually. If using cpvc make sure to get that one.
