Gave this an overall rating of 1 due to customer service. Purchased online 11/28/2018, was delivered on time. Didn't unbox until today, 01/11/2019. Product had damage, the glass turntable has a huge chip out of the edge. Called Sharp to have damaged glass turntable replaced. Was told I would have to purchase a new glass turntable for $49.99 plus shipping. I only paid $138 for it, that's more than 1/3 the original cost. Just ridiculous. Not purchasing a replacement. Will just use the damaged one, but will NEVER purchase another Sharp product.
This was to replace a very similar Sharp 1.3 carousel...

This was to replace a very similar Sharp 1.3 carousel that was over 20 years old. It still worked, but it made some funny noises and the display didn't work. This new one has some features that are good, but we have to get used to the small changes. It is very quiet, and my wife likes the defrost function.

This our third Sharp microwave. We like the Express Cook settings for 1-6 minutes. I gave the oven 4 stars instead of 5 because this oven does not allow one to enter more than one cooking time and temperature at the beginning of the cooking process. For example, my previous oven allowed me to enter 4 minutes at the 100% setting, then 16 minutes at 40% to cook rice. Now i have to enter the settings separately.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I've had two Sharp microwaves, and each lasted 11 years. I bought another brand locally, which was a combo microwave and air fryer. Guess what? As you might expect nothing worked right, so back to a reliable Sharp. And I like white. What is this love affair with stainless steel? Makes your kitchen look like a garage.

I’m very happy with this microwave
I had a sharp for year’s before this one. For a short time between that and this one I had a GE which was also good but didn’t have the options I was wanting. So far so good.

Product is neat and compact. Works well - My preference would be LESS cooking choices - This replaced the older Sharp Microwave which had lasted many years.
Meets my expectations - Been using for a month.
No assembly required - Remove from box and plug into receptacle.
