I received my chimney caps today and the measurements was perfect, thank you to do my order right!

Hard to assign *s since it was installed just recently (3 weeks ago) and the chimney hasn't been used yet. Difficult to install since my chimney flew is 17" X 17" and the cap is for an 18" X 18" flue (but couldn't find a proper-sized cap). Had to shop for suitable fasteners since the supplied fasteners didn't work. Check back in a year or two for an update.

I had the same issues as the review dated September 9th, 2020.

Good quality. Since it was next to another cap, I had to bend down one side to make it fit. In order to bend it down, I had to make saw cuts in two corners.

It’s construction and quality was good but it didn’t fit my chimney flue tile! I needed a 9” x 19” that I could not find so I had to modify this one and purchase the alternate mounting kit! Then it worked fine.

Great product and greaf price and it was readily available and shipped to my home the following day after i placed order.

One of the screw did not get screwed as hole was too tight to go in.
