It takes at least two people to put up, otherwise you will most likely be marooned. Excellent product and looks amazing!

Very good quality

Exactly what we needed on our porch. The sail provides enough shade to be able to sit on the patio on a sunny day.

I would have liked wall anchors to my house. Other than that, everything looks sturdy, color is as previewed.

Great shade canopy! It withstood 50+ mph gusts here in Oklahoma. Seasonal canopy only- would not leave it out all year long like some others. Great deal for the cost

This is just what we needed to span our driveway and provide some much needed relief from the blazing Oklahoma Sun. The 16' x 16' fits nicely over the driveway in the area where it was needed. This is the second Sun Shade Sail we have purchased online through HomeDepot and have once again been very pleased with the quality. We purchased a smaller 12' x 12' we are currrently using on our patio. I also like the durability of the material used and especially the strength of the built in steel rings on each corner used to secure the sail. If you are shopping for this type of product you can't go wrong with ShelterLogic. I have always been a little leery of buying online and even buying a product sight unseen but was nicely surprised when our first purchase arrived and have now come back to buy another one.

We needed a sunshade which would completely cover our pergola, but could be removed in the winter. This shade sail, which filters 90% of the sun's rays, provided the perfect solution.

The first sun shade had a hole in it, so we reported it to customer service. They sent me a new one. I am really happy with it, and it is withstanding the strong winds off the Gulf of Mexico.

The shade is well made and so far is performing well. I do have two gripes though. 1) While corner to corner, the shade is 12 x 12, the sides arc, so the actual shaded area is about 10 x 10 and 2) the cement anchors provided are terrible (that, or I'm an idiot :). I ultimately anchored to the rafters of my house with large lag eye bolts. I installed the other end by setting (2) 2 5/8" fence posts in cement. I used the provided nylon cord and actually wrapped it through the anchor and the canopy with 3 loops to help reduce the tension on the rope. This also made it a lot easier to pull the canopy tight. The real test will be when the Oklahoma wind really kicks up. But for now, I'm happy with it.

This shade sail proved invaluable during last camping trip. Durable and did its job.

Double check the size needed. Allow the extra space for the tension rods. I ordered a 12’ x 12’ which is the size of my deck. Should have ordered a 10’ x 10’. When I went back to reorder the proper side none were available.

The cords could be improved, I replaced them with SS cable

We like it. Came with everything needed for installation. Be careful the twisty screw things that you can tighten if there’s any stretch over time to the fabric don’t undo in the wind. A twist tie is a simple way to ensure this.

Excellent product. It works great. It’s so nice to be able to eat lunch outside on hot sunny days.

Good quality for the price

It happens to be the perfect size and great price.

The shade is great and seems decent quality. The connectors are good while the ropes seem less quality. The 12x12ft dimensions are accurate but the angles of the corners spreading out complicate hanging the shades correctly. In smaller spaces, it can be hard to get the angles and heights spread correctly if you're hanging from your house porch or rafters instead of poles.
