Tape is supposed to stick and stay stuck. This stuff sticks for a little while but turns loose overnight. Used to tape joints in 1" foam insulation with aluminum facing on one side and plastic facing on other side. used Gorilla Tape on plastic side and this stuff on aluminum side. This stuff came off overnight.

I used it to repair my a/c unit foam pipe...
I used it to repair my a/c unit foam pipe insulation. Wrapped several layers on top of each other nice and tight. There is no more humidity and musty smell indoors. Well worth every penny.
