Easy to install and lot of room for running cables. Just need to add a ground bar.
Siemens ground bar mounting holes did not line up. Had to drill a hole in the box.

the quality i good. they need to install a ground bar in the box. when using these as a sub panel, you need a seperate ground bar. this box does not come with one.

For any given electrical wiring contract, I usually have to visit 3-Depot's before I can get everything needed! All Depot's are not created equal either, which further frustrates me. In short more product needs to be on the shelves and this 8-circuit panels need to have flush mount covers!

Good sturdy box with many options for box entry. The plastic tabs where breakers attach seem a bit flimsy but not issues with them. Would recommend otherwise.

This was perfect for my use as a sub panel for home use. Well built, easy to mount with convenient knockouts on all four sides. Priced right, too.

Is easy to use and does the job... but....
There are no surprises when you buy this load center. However, I was surprised to find that Siemens doesn't include a ground bar, and the ground bars that you buy at Home Depot that go with it are either too large (the holes don't line up) or to small (not enough room for 16 circuits.) In the end I went with the smaller size bar that has 12 usable circuits.
I also found the finish to be poor - the top of mine just wasn't straight and the door fits poorly, but it fits.
Other things I noticed was that the neutral bar is quite loose. It's of course isolated from the rest of the panel, but the bar itself isn't fixed to the plastic housing in any way, so it tends to wobble. You still get tight fits though.
The 1/2" knockouts in the top are attached with more metal than I'm used to, so knocking them out basically resulted in me adding a bit more warp to the top. And this was with me being as careful as possible.
Finally, I never figured out how you're supposed to use those bent nail connectors that somehow, what, allow you to attach the front panel? There are no instructions as though it's some kind of secret only electricians know about. I honestly have no idea what they are for.
I'm giving it four stars because it does the job, but I'm taking away one star because it feels like not much thought went into it's manufacture.
