I had to return the panel as it did not include the 200 amp main breaker. Totally my fault for being inexperienced and not knowing what to look for. My electrician had me purchase the materials to replace a old pushamatic electrical service panel and upgrade to a 200 amp service. I had to run to another competitor to get the right panel that had the 200 amp breaker included the morning of the install as my local home depot didnt have the panel in stock. Homedepot took the panel without a 200 amp circuit breaker included back without question and that made my mistake less of a pain. Do your homework when purchasing materials for home projects is my best advice.

This was a subpanel to replace a smaller one in my garage, for a future electric vehicle. It does the job well, with one disadvantage it shares with the larger main Siemens panel I had previously installed. Although both are advertised suitable for bottom feed as well as top feed, the case design is such that the ability to hang the cover on the case while the fixing screws are attached only applies to when it is top fed. It would be easy to design the case so that either would be possible and I am surprised Siemens has not done so.

I really like the Siemens subpanels; I've used several of them. Easy to install; copper bus bars. I like that the front cover "hangs" on panel without needing to be held in place while you install the screws. Since it's a 24-circuit panel you can install tandem breakers at every location. Highly recommended.

The breakers should be included in the panel, not one was included!

This is a good panel with some nice features. The only complaints are plastic hinges on the door and a slightly light gauge of metal construction. There are plenty of neutral bars and ground bars. The main lugs felt a little light for 3/0 but they held up to it ok.

I had to replace an old split bus panel with a bigger one to take some circuits from the existing main panel in which all the 120 breakers were thin, to make space for GFCI/AFCI upgrades. The panel is sturdy and logically laid out. It comes with two ground bars which makes for an easier rewire, along with the plug-in neutral. All-in-all, a satisfying job.

I like that 2 ground bars we’re included, makes for a really neat panel when done. When everything is completed the panel box is all anyone sees, make it neat.This panel unfortunately did not cover the existing hole , so we had an ITE main breaker panel we converted to main lug and it filled the opening.
