I used this cedar fence picket to build a couple of simple bird house for my daughter.Iwas very happy with the outcome.

Poor quality wood and expensive 👎🏻

These boards are actually not 5/8" thick, more like 1/2". And also 5 1/4" wide, not 5 1/2". I wasn't using them for a fence project in all fairness. But the size mattered for what I was making. Planters to be specific.

Great value for cutting up into cedar planks to BBQ salmon!

You get what you pay for. Patch job not seen on fence on side of house.

Perfect replacement for the one my neighbors dog destroyed.

Don't get the Cedar in your eyes

Nice stuff…not super strong but lightweight. Have used this for everything but fencing….Bird houses & feeders, rustic wall coverings, etc

These boards are thin and very unstable. They will shrink, warp and the knots will cause the boards to literally split in half when they dry out. I had to replace hundreds of them after one month when I built a fence for a client. It was a nightmare. I would never use them again.

Some of the boards were split, warped and poor quality. Luckily I ordered enough to complete my job. The waste percentage was near 10%.

Get some sealer on it fast. It splits and chips in the heat.

Very bad quality picket fencing material. Shrinks and twists. Be prepared to replace 25% of it. Of course, there is no choice.
