Terrible installation experience
Home Depot needs to have higher quality installers to partner with. The counter installers damaged the wall on both sides of my vanity, dropped the vanity and cracked my floor and has refused to reimburse me for the damage.
After contacting Stone Systems over seven times, they refuse to reimburse me for the damage they inflicted on my new bathroom. Overall, I had a terrible experience.

So wanted to like but . . .
When our Calacatta was installed, first thing I noticed is it is much more muted in color than samples or photos. Be aware it's going to look subtle in its veins. The other thing was it had a divot on delivery day that had to be polished out. Yesterday, I found 3 scratches on it, and we've only had it a month! We tried to figure out what would have made the scratches and can only think of a cutting board sliding across or maybe a plate with something underneath it.
I THOUGHT QUARTZ AND SILESTONE WASN'T SUPPOSED TO SCRATCH!
I am quite disappointed with this product, and I so wanted to enjoy our first countertop upgrade in a long time.
What would Silestone say to me about the scratches?
Photo not so good--flash makes it hard to see, but one scratch is to the right of my finger.

There is a one-star review on here that talks about the quality of the countertop sample. I don't disagree that $20 is a lot for a small sample, but this is a sample so there will be differences from the actual product. I am one who had this countertop installed and it is gorgeous. It is about 1.25 inches thick, which is thicker than the sample. We were very impressed

so disappointed with the product that was delivered. it was a thin little piece that resembled plastic and not an actual piece of quartz like the product samples I received from Cambria. you need to provide an actual piece of the quartz slab.
