We ordered this roll with the expectations of later doing our 2nd floor with laminate. The roll came in a little bigger than I expected but was rather easy to manuever as we did our complete 1st floor which consisted of kitchen, diningroom, livingroom and bedroom. Saved money over buying the smaller rolls at local store. The remaining roll has enough to do the 2nd floor. I would recommend if you are doing over 1000 sq ft of laminate buy the big roll and save.

great product, great price
we recently purchased laminate flooring for our upstaris and ordered this underlayment online. it is much more economical than what is sold in the store and creates the perfect sound barrier!

Most economical.
If you do not need a vapor barrier this is by far the most economical underlayment. The roll was large but easy to work with and our total flooring project was around 1200 sq ft. The single roll was plenty for the entire project and had we bought the 100 sq ft rolls in the store our cost would have been double the $150 we paid for this single roll.
