It works well and as expected. Connect it to your landline and it will dial out alert messages to your cell phones. I can also recommend using an ELK-912 SPDT Relay to interface the Skylink with your current alarm system to trigger emergency dialing. Relay uses a 12vdc input alarm condition to create an open switch condition in the Skylink to starting the dialing sequence.

This product is hooked up to a temperature sensor and unless the sensor senses above or below the set temperatures we will not have any response from the dialer.

Works, but not very practical
The unit is difficult to program, has a limited range, and very little flexibility in terms of program features. However, if you need a simple phone dialer that will accept a sensor alarm input, then it does the job. Just be prepared to spend several hours trying to figure it out and test its operation.
