Slant fin is the radiator product I've used in the past 7 years to replace a baseboard run or to add to add-in the circulation loop. Their factory setups are easy to solder the fittings and hydronic pex conversions. The trim outside caps and inside/outside corners are sold a-la-carte. I just recently joined 2-6ft runs at an inside corner of a room rehab.
