This is a nice, light-weight blower for small jobs around the house. I use it for cleaning pine needles and dried leaves from the driveway and patio, and removing sawdust from my tools when working in the driveway. I even used it to clear 3” of fresh powder off the car last week (note: the tool should not be used in wet conditions). The blower is well balanced, and weighing in at only 8.8 lbs (with the battery), I reach for it before my heavier, two stroke blowers… assuming I’ve charged the battery. This blower not only has the typical variable speed trigger and infinite speed control lever, but also a helpful boost mode, which provides 25% more airflow. I like boost mode for the small, stubborn, wet debris. The 2.0aH 48V lithium ion battery has a helpful battery capacity indicator (aka, fuel gauge) and also a USB port, which can be used to charge my phone in the driveway. Might also come in handy when camping. While I like this blower, my biggest issue is that the 2.0aH battery takes 1 hour to fully charge and then only provides 20 minutes of power on normal mode (less if intermittently using boost mode). 20 minutes is not a lot of time if you have a medium sized property. Additionally, 450 CFM +/-10% and up to 120 Mph +/-10% struggles with wet, packed leaves, so keep that in mind when considering the right tool for the job. Overall, I’m pleased with this blower for small jobs around the house. I’m considering another 2.0aH battery or even a 5.0aH battery for additional run time though.

I now have a small collection of leaf blowers because our home is surrounded by trees. This new Snapper HD 48V Max Lithium-Ion leaf blower is my new favorite. It is lighter than my other ones and there is finally a way to where you don't have to pull the trigger if you don't want to. There is a variable speed trigger that works like normal but it also has a thumb trigger that once pushed downward it operates the leaf blower at that speed and locks it in. It's kind of like cruise control for your leaf blower. This makes it much easier to use, much more comfortable and a more natural way to hold the leaf blower. This leaf blower is so light and ergonomically laid out that I don't have near the wrist fatigue as I get from some of my other leaf blowers. At first glance this leaf blower looks kind of odd. It looks like it has a bright red spiders web on both sides and the bottom of it but there is a reason for that. One of my other leaf blowers only has an air intake on the very back of it and I periodically block it's air flow when my pant leg gets sucked into it when sweeping it back and forth. This one is designed to draw air in from three directions so I won't ever have that problem again. The air flow through this leaf blower is advertised at 450 CFM / 120 MPH air speed. I have no direct way to test its output but I do know it worked perfectly for blowing the leaves and small material that was all over my driveway today. It also worked great for the semi damp leaves that were all over my backyard. The air flow out of the tip of the blower seems to be a bit narrower then my other leaf blower which is actually kind of nice. It seems to have a little more push and you can really focus the air flow in a smaller area if need be. There is also an added "turbo" button on the top of the handle which is supposed to increase the power by 25% when held down. I can definitely hear the blower get louder but I personally didn't notice a huge difference when it was pushed. The charger and battery for this blower is great. The battery seemed to charge very quickly (although I didn't time it) and I love that this battery has three small blue lights on it that light up when pushed to show you how charged the battery currently is. This battery can be used in multiple other Snapper tools. It also has a real cool feature of having a USB 2.0 port on it that can be used to charge other smaller items that may need to be charged. This leaf blower comes with a 3 year warranty on the unit itself and a 2 year warranty on the charger and battery. All in all Snapper did a fantastic job of engineering this leaf blower. I hope to get years and years of use out of it. With all the trees around our house it will be used constantly all year long.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the Snapper HD 48V Max Electric Cordless Leaf Blower. Having never owned a leaf blower, I decided it was time to get one to keep things tidy around the yard. Assembly was easy, just two pieces that quickly snapped together. Once the battery was fully charged I commenced to playing. There was plenty of air flow to blast the leaves, dust, and spider webs off of the back porch. I cleared debris from the walkways in no time. One feature I really liked, which I'm not sure is common, was the dial that allowed me to reduce the blast of air. It was nice to have when blowing leaves out of the flower beds without stressing the small, tender plants. Snapper claims 20 minutes per charge on low flow. I don't know how long it took me but I have an average size yard and I was able to finish with plenty of charge remaining. It was light weight and simple to use. Highly recommended.

The Snapper HD leaf Blower is a class act. It has a heave duty Briggs and Stratton motor with a power boost feature that gives you an extra 25% increase in power for moving those heave leaves while doing your yard work. A convenient thumb operated leaver on the side of the handle allows you to lock the power switch to any level of blowing you wish so you do not have to keep holding the trigger down . The power boost button is also located on the top of the handle within easy reach of your thumb. The battery for the tool is a 48V Lithium -ion batter for extended use. It charges quite quickly and has a feature i have never seen , A USB2.0 port on the battery to charge your cell phone or music device so you can listen to music or keep your phone charged while doing your yard work . It also has a Battery level indicator on the side of the battery so you always know how much battery is left to use.

Work's fantastic and battery life is excellent. I did the deck, the driveway and cleaned up after mowing the lawn. Still had some left. I picked up another for the fall season.

This is a really good little leaf blower. I actually used it for snow too, we got like 2 inches of power in the backyard and I need to clear a small path for the dogs to get out and do their business. It is as easy to assemble as those old snap fit model from back in the day. Seriously, 5 min without instructions. There really isn't much to it. This blow really does have some push to it. It is more powerful then my neighbors old gas blower and easier to lug about. The only major drawback is that the battery life on this is about 30 to 45 minutes of relatively constant usage. It also take about 2 hours to fully charge the battery. So if you have decent size yard, I tested it in my buddy's yard in the suburbs, have an extra battery or be ready to take a decent refreshment break while doing anything in the 1/2 acre range in the fall.

Gone with the wind is what the leaves and debris are! After years of landscaping with a gas powered blower it's a pleasure to use a quieter unit. It has plenty of power and is well balanced thanks to the design. The speed is variable and can be locked in by the thumb button. When extra power is needed just hit the button and get full power. The battery is easy to install or remove thanks to the built in handle. Storage is also easy thanks to the base which hangs easily from as a single screw.

I have a small Ryobi 18V blower that, while handy, is just not powerful enough to blow grass clippings more than a few feet. The Snapper is quite a bit more powerful, but it should be since it costs about 3X. It's lightweight, relatively quiet, and comfortable to use. I don't wear hearing protection since it's about as loud as a vacuum cleaner. Unlike a gas blower, you don't have to deal with gasoline, starting, and the heaviness of the blower. This Snapper provides sufficient power for clearing debris off pavement. If you come across more stubborn stuff, like wet leaves or pine needles, the Snapper has a "boost" button that ups the power by 25%. That's usually enough to unstick the stuff. The battery's quite large and the charger is too. The battery has a USB outlet so you could use this as your cell phone's lifeline during a power outage (of course, I'd have to remember this feature exists while I'm dealing with that).

Well balanced fairly powerful 450 CFM handheld blower. These just went on the market in March 2019 and needing a cordless blower to replace my cumbersome corded blower, I decide to try this unit out. The blower is really uncomplicated and easy to use. After charging the 2.0 AH lithium battery (it is only charged at 10% of fully charged at the factory), I tried out the blower on a patch of lawn that had a lot of "whirlybird" maple seeds. This unit easily sent them on their way for a respectable distance! When holding the unit by the handle, it is well balanced which will definitely help in reducing operator fatigue. FYI: Lithium batteries should be charged at an ambient air temperature of 50F and 86F for long-life and performance. Instruction manual could be better.
