Light weight machine. Not good on heavy sticky snow. Scraper Blade is cheap plastic (no metal edge), wears out fast and Snow Joe is poor at keeping them in stock. The blade is required otherwise the blower is "inoperable". Beware, I've been waiting 2 years for replacements!!!

Light weight machine, not powerful enough to do heavier snow. Also there is a "scraper blade" that's cheap plastic. The manufacturer may not have the Scraper Blade available. My machine has the iON21SB-PRO-45 Scraper Blade. It's not been available for "2 years", making the machine inoperable.

I bought this snow blower and it is awesome! We just got a couple of feet dump last night and it cleared my driveway in 20 minutes! Very impressed and so is my back!  Great little machine and got it on sale, highly recommend!

I purchased the SJ625E about a month ago and finally got to use it, we received 12" to 14" of wet snow and this snow blower did an amazing job clearing a large 3 car driveway and 100' of sidewalk. I would definitely recommend this product

Very happy with my snowjoe, but it has difficulty with heavy wet snow. I love it still.

He doesn’t go that low so you won’t get a pretty clear to the pavement look. , BUT it gets the job done. It’s lightweight to carry up and downstairs and push around. I’m 120lbs and 5’4 so it’s good for me to maneuver on my own.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! I bought this for the upcoming winter, used it once and didnt even finish half of my driveway before the crappy plastic arm snapped right in half

Snow Joe sj625e bought January 25 both handles broke March 4 and sent me flying. Taking it back March 5 as soon as I get back from the doctor because I think I broke my wrist trying to break my fall

The scraper blade on the SJ625E will ultimately break and they do not make the part. It's been a problem for two years. Mine broke and it's practically useless now.

Works great. This review would be 5 stars but upon opening the carton the foam grip on the handle was found to have a 2” slice;cut in the foam. Obviously this will compromise the integrity of the foam grip in short order. Contacted Snow Joe customer service, only to be told the foam grip is not available separately, and that the cut/slice is considered “cosmetic” and would mot be replaced if it was available.

Ordered this snow blower January 2019 and worked through that winter season, along with 2020. The smaller belt broke (Vega 225-5M) right away in the winter season of 2021. The broken belt was not available for that entire winter season. I was finally able to order it about a month ago and the aluminum bracket broke while trying to install it. The snow blower worked well when it was running, but I fear the outcome is an $8.00 broken belt took out a $150.00 snow blower.

I used it for about 2 hours and the bottom bar cracked in half.

I purchased with high hopes to use on sidewalk and path to garage. The folding handle hinges are made from very cheap plastic. I was told this was the last one on stock. I think i know why. Hinge casing was open and handle wouldn’t adjust up or down. Someome was asleep at the factory no doubt. After several attempts and three pinched fingers i gave up. Returned to the store for refund. Thank goodness Home Depot makes that easy. I own several battery or electric lawn tools all are Ryobi and love them. Thought i would try Sno Jo because of price and reviews. Nope back to Ryobi for me.

I bought this the beginning of December 2020. Worked great the 5 times I used it. On the 6th time (Februrary 2021), I ran into a piece of ice under the snow. Cracked the scraper horizontally. I wasn't going hard or fast, but still cracked it good (-30c temperature at the time for reference)

Well, the first 5 times using the snowblower, it was great. The last time I used it, I hit a chunk of ice while going at a regular speed and I noticed it wasn't scraping down to the pavement anymore . Upon inspection, the scraping portion was cracked lengthwise.

Best Dang Snowblower Ever! Easy to use! Lightweight and powerful! I never would have imagined an electric snowblower would be this amazing! It works great with wet or light snow. Quick work of my sidewalks and double driveway. Gets right down to the concrete. Throws snow along way away! Fun to use

We just got our first snow fall since we got it. It's thick and heavy and I'll be damned if it didn't just power through. As long as we didn't take in a huge amount worked great. My only complaint is the the shoot does not stay in place with the up and down motion no matter how tight I had it..

We bought this machine last year and used it less than 10 times. It works fine in powdery snow but bogs down when the snow is denser. I pulled it out for the first big snowfall this year and the small belt broke. Given that we're warming the planet and there's bound to be more big dumps of wet snow, save yourself the trouble and get something with more power.

Great machine for my deck, sure beats shoveling !

I order this Snow Joe Ultra 21 in. 15 Amp Electric Snow Blower with Light from Home Depot on line. It arrived right on time with no damages to the box! After assembling it (it was easy) plugged it in, and it worked very nicely and it's very light to move it around! No snows yet (thank goodness), but when it happen, I and snow Joe Ultra 21" will be ready for it, I hope! ;-)

Used it twice within a week. This is 2cnd review. Even with wet heavy snow, it throws high & far. You just need to go a little slower, or push in, back it out, & push it in again. If the snow is higher than the thrower opening, use a shovel to knock it down, then go in with the Snow Joe.

Very easy to assemble and use this product. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver, but sturdy enough to plow through thick snow. We have used it on one major snowfall so far, and it saved me hours of shoveling. It is perfect for our needs.

I've used it 4 times now and have to say it's a good value for the price. And as long as your expectations aren't too high you'll probably like it too. Don't kid yourself 4 inches of snow in a pass is about all I recommend, anything higher you may want to shave a couple of inches off the top for a few feet at a time and come back for the rest. Or better yet get a more powerful model. It was not that hard to use a 100ft. cord with this, by the 2nd-3rd use I had my routine down to eliminate accidental disconnects and rarely have cords in my return paths even in tight spots.

I can’t describe how absolutely perfect this blower is. It’s takes me literally 3 minutes to drop my 100 ft extension and lock the handle bar. And it chews up and spits out 5 inches of heavy snow without any hesitation . This blower almost prefers the heavy stuff than the light 2 inch stuff, even at the end of my driveway where the city truck always plows this heavy wet slushy snow about 7 inches thick. This unit does not care ,it chews and spits so awesomely . The light is good . It lights really good at 3 am when I’m clearing my driveway and sidewalks before work. And as easy as it is to set it up it fold away . Roll up my extension and I’m gone. I am so happy not to deal with gas and mixes and cranking and spark plugs and all the stuff that goes with gas blowers . I save time and my back from 1.5 hours of shoveling Thank you sno joe for a really well made product

First used it in recent snow storm of 10". Powerful & works remarkably well even on snow dam. Using a cord is bit of hassle. Very satisfied with it & highly recommended to anyone. Hope it will last a few seasons.

This little machine is amazing!! So good I bought another for the office!!

Can not assemble it. The cords to the LED light and switch bar lever are ridiculously too short. Can not assemble since the holes of middle bar and lower can not be aligned to put on handle knobs even with cables at their full length.

Tried it twice this year. Heavy and wet snow no problem. Just go slow.

First time that I'm using an electric snow blower. Realy like the product and how it performs in last 6in snow fall. The only thing I don't like is the chute crank is too low. I decided to fix it (very easy 2ft high extension) with 3ft 3/8 toilet auger + hose + velco strap. See enclosed picture. Have fun!
